结果 34项影响因素间存在6个主要公因子，其中，第一公因子上因子载荷较大的有喜烫食、烫茶、干硬食物、口味重、热食且快、吸烟、饮酒、及家庭关系、脾气性格、家族史，第二公因子上因子载荷较大的有BMI、文化程度、职业、经济收入，第三公因子上因子载荷较大的有居住地形、饮水污染，第四公因子上因子载荷较大的有煎饼、腌制品、醋、发霉食物，第五公因子上因子载荷较大的有饮茶、蔬菜、水果、豆制品、姜、大蒜，第六公因子上因子载荷较大的有消化道病史、慢性食管炎、咽炎、口腔溃疡、龋齿。

We study the expression levels of GLUT1 in 16 samples of esophageal cancer and their normal mucosa by reverse transcriptasepolymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemical staining, analyse the correlation between the expression level of GLUT1 mRNA and protein in the tumor cells. Then we study the expression levels of GLUT1 in 55 patients with esophageal cancer by immnohistochemical staining, analyse the relationship between GLUT1 expression and clinical features of the patients.

The occurrence rate of Su in intensive care unit reachs 60%, it is one of the hackneyed severe syndrome in ICU , and its death rate is relatively high.

应激性溃疡(Stress ulcer，SU)是指位于胃、十二指肠的急性表浅性粘膜充血、糜烂和溃疡，通常发生在胃底、胃体部粘膜，随着病变的发展，病变可扩展至胃窦、十二指肠，甚至食管下端粘膜，且呈现散发性病灶，该病多见于中枢神经系统损伤、严重创伤、败血症、休克、心肺肝肾等多器官功能衰竭及大手术后等危重病人，其在重症监护室的发生率达60%，是ICU中多见的严重并发症之一，并有较高的死亡率。
