Objective:To study the applied value of anastomat in reducing the incisional infedtion rate in the esophagogastrostomy after resection fo esophageal carcinoma.

目的：探讨吻合器在食管癌切除食管胃吻合术中降低切口感染率的应用价值。

Methods:The incisional infection rates between the manual way (43 cases) in March 1998 and the anastomat way (59 cases) in March 2006 in the esophagogastrostomy after resection fo esophageal carcinoma were compared.

回顾分析我院1998年3月手工吻合43例与2006年3月器械吻合59例病人行食管癌切除食管胃吻合术，比较器械吻合组和手工吻合组术后切口感染率的发生。

BACKGROUND ＆ OBJECTIVE: A special kind of fistula will be formed when cervical gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula occurs and its contents contaminate mediastinum or pleural cavity after esophagogastrostomy. The diagnosis and treatment are difficult to made. It is very dangerous if the treatment is incorrect.

背景与目的：食管癌术后胃食管颈部吻合口内瘘入纵隔、胸腔时形成特殊类型的吻合口瘘，诊治均较困难，处理不当则易危及生命。

Methods: For 56 cases of arterial bleeding, performed angiography in the artery which was suspected to be the bleeding one, and then infused the embolus into the bleeding after super-selection to embolize it. For 17 cases of esophageal veins and fundic veins bleeding caused by the higher blood pressure in portal vein, we performed angiography in portal vein stem through puncturing the liver, found the bleeding spot, then infuse the embolus into the bleeding veins through super-selection to stop bleeding.

56例动脉性出血采用Seldinger氏法，经股动脉穿刺将导管选择插入可疑出血的动脉内先行DSA检查，明确诊断，再超选择插入出血动脉内注入栓塞材料，栓塞出血动脉。17例门静脉高压致食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血，则采用经皮穿肝至门静脉主干行门静脉造影，明确出血部位，再超选择插管至出血静脉注入栓塞材料进行栓塞治疗。
