The patient showed atrophy in frontal and temporal lobe on regular MRI, significantly reduced amount of Nacetyl aspartic acid、cholineand creatinecompared with contralateral on MRS , remarkably decreased blood flow in the left temporal polar and front part of fontal lobe compared with contralateral on PWI.
