RESULTS:① No obvious sight defect was detected with the quantitative detection of automatic sight apparatus.② ECT cerebrospinal fluid imaging thought that proximal frontal sinus of right cerebral frontal lobe was the leakage, and the liquid glucose in nasal cavity was quantitatively confirmed to be cerebrospinal fluid.③ Cranial CT showed that cleft could be observed in bilateral frontal lobe and lateral ventricle, low-density gas shadow could be observed in cisterna ambiens, cortex of frontal bone was discontinuous, and bone matrix was trapped.④ ECG showed that right forehead and temple had irregular slow wave, and attack of θ wave. Brain topographic mapping showed that the δ power value of right forehead was increased.⑤ EPQ: The scores of extraversion-introversion, neuroticism, psychoticism and lie were 55, 55, 80 and 50 respectively;⑥ MMPI: The code showed a mode of 69/96, indicating that the brain organ tended to paranoid schizophrenia.

结果：①自动视野仪定量检测未发现明确视野缺损；②ECT脑脊液显像考虑右侧大脑额叶近额窦部为漏口；鼻腔液体糖定量证实是脑脊液；③头颅CT额叶及侧脑室双侧裂，环池见低密度气体影，额骨骨皮质不连续，骨质下陷；④脑电图右额、颞不规则慢波，有θ波发作；脑电地形图：右额δ功率值增高；⑤艾森克人格问卷：内外向分55、神经质分55，精神质分80，掩饰分50；⑥明尼苏达多相人格调查表：编码显示69/96模式，提示脑器质性偏执型精神分裂症；⑦症状自评量表：总分147、阳性项目分37，躯体化、强迫状态、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对和其他6项目平均分超过常模。

Methods Fifty adults(100 sides) skulls were measured by slide gaud, and observed course, situation and structure character of carotid canal in petrosal apex of temporal bone in 63 sides.

Result:The MR hydrography of inner ear of the patient displayed that there was an extradural high-signal intumescence which was like sliver shape and the edge of it was smooth and neat between the sigmoid sinus of the posterior cranial fossa and the inner acoustic meatus.

应用三维高级快速自旋回波序列横断扫描大前庭水管综合征患者的整个颞骨岩部，将所有原始图像传给网上工作站，应用最大密度投影法将图像进行三维重建，获内耳立体像。

The opioid receptors mainly distribute at prefrontal lobe(obitofrontal gyrus, medial superior frontal gyrus, superior frontal gyrus), paralimbic cortices (cingulated cortex and hippocampus), insular cortex、pallidum and the opercular section of frontal lobe and parietal lobe. 利用一30稜镜度之Fresnel稜镜贴在同侧性半盲病人的眼镜上，稜镜的基底部置於半盲侧，只须贴一眼，譬如右侧半盲病人贴右眼的颞半侧，中心部份要剪掉1至2毫米，以避免复视。

Clissection between skin and lateral orbicularis oculi muscle of orbital part was comducted carefully. Orbicularis oculi muscle and parts of temporal superfacial fascia were overlain by 1mm thick e-PTFE soft tissue patch, and the patch was fixed with suture.

在局麻下，沿镊部发际内切口入路，仔细将皮肤与外侧眶部眼轮匝肌分离开，随后将1mm厚e-PTFE软组织补片仔细舒平覆盖于眼轮匝肌表面及部分颞浅筋膜表面，并缝合固定。

Results All cases showed a bilateral symmetric changes in the posterior periventrieular white matter,MRI signals were longish T_1 on T_1WI and hyperintensity on FLAIR,which appears as butterfly with splenium of corpus callosum infiltration.

结果：MR扫描7例均显示双侧脑室三角区周围白质内对称分布的异常信号，主要位于枕、顶、颞叶，胼胝体体部、压部，T1WI呈稍长T1信号，FLAIR像示高信号，呈典型的&蝶翼状&，1例于视放射区呈对称性的长T2信号。
