The patient showed atrophy in frontal and temporal lobe on regular MRI, significantly reduced amount of Nacetyl aspartic acid、cholineand creatinecompared with contralateral on MRS , remarkably decreased blood flow in the left temporal polar and front part of fontal lobe compared with contralateral on PWI. There were decreased association fibers between Broca and other regions meanwhile no association fibers were found between triangular area and wernicke region on DTI. The fibers projecting to opercular part of frontal lobe via archiform fibers were lessened. The mean FA and fibers of Broca and Wernick regions were less than that of the healthy subjects.

常规MRI显示左侧额叶及颞叶萎缩；磁共振波谱分析显示左侧颞叶和额叶N乙酰天门冬氨酸、胆碱、肌酸含量较对侧明显减低；磁共振灌注成像显示左侧颞极及额前部的血流量较对侧减低；弥散张量成像显示左Broca区与其他脑区间纤维联系减少，三角区与Wernicke区无纤维联络，左侧Wernicke区通过弓状纤维到达额叶岛盖部的纤维减少，Broca及Wernicke区平均FA及纤维束较正常人减少。

Methods Twelve patients with open maxillary or frontal sinus defects have been repaired with this type of flap. The homolateral superficial temporal vessels were used as nutritional vein to form the temporal fascia island flap of the top superficial temporal artery and the island skin flap of the frontal superficial temporal artery.

对上颌窦、额窦开放性缺损12例患者，利用同侧颞浅动脉、静脉作为供养血管，形成颞浅动脉顶支颞筋膜岛状组织瓣和额支额部岛状皮瓣，通过皮下组织隧道将组织块移植到缺损的副鼻窦区，进行副鼻窦窦腔的充填和皮肤缺损的修复。

The connective tissue layer of SZMS is a communication pathway for superficial spread of infection, hematoma, or tumor invasion to or from the scalp and face. Compartments of deep fat pad and temporal muscle are also pathways for the spread of disease to or from the face, intracranium and orbit. The primary tumors in infratemporal fossa and SZMS are rare. Malignant tumors in SZMS usually come from surrounding spaces.

上颧骨咀嚼区的结缔组织是颜面部及头部之感染、血肿、及肿瘤的表浅扩散连结路径，而深层脂肪垫区及颞肌亦是颜面部、颅内及眼窝之病灶的扩散连结路径，原发性下颞窝及上颧骨咀嚼区肿瘤非常少见，恶性上颧骨咀嚼区肿瘤通常来自於附近空间。

Methods Use of the improving type Kelly question mark shape incision,along the forehead hair center side 3cm,adopt the arc shape back to arrive the mastoid upper part in the parietal bone tubercle anteversion to temporal part,along the border edge after the ear to turn to the front edge to the arcus zygomaticus.

采用改良式Kelly问号形切口，沿前额发际内正中旁3cm，向后呈弧形在顶骨结节前转向颞部到达乳突上缘，从耳后发际边缘拐向前缘止于颧弓上。

Methods: Clinical data of 58 patients with contrecoup cerebral injury in forehead and temple region who were admitted from June, 2003 to June, 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.

对我科2003年6月～2008年6月手术的58例额颞部对冲性脑损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。

For patients with contrecoup cerebral injury in forehead and temple region, comprehensive measures including close monitor, repeated cerebral CT scan, craniotomy to reduce compression could raise the survival rate and life quality for the patients.

对于额颞部对冲性脑损伤患者，临床上要密切观察病情变化，动态复查头颅CT，早期及时采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅手术治疗，充分减压，有利于提高患者生存率与生存质量。

Methods From 2002 to 2007,46 patients with facial skin cancer were repaired with different surgical flaps according to the different circumstance,such as the kite flap on a subcutaneous pedic, nasolabial fold flap, orbucularis oculimuscle of flap and maxillocervical fasci ocutaneous flap.

46例面部恶性肿瘤，根据病灶的部位和范围，扩大切除后分别应用&风筝&皮下蒂皮瓣、鼻唇沟皮瓣、眼轮匝肌蒂颞部皮瓣、耳前窄蒂侧颌颈皮瓣等方法修复创面。

Results The age of the onset of symptoms ranged from 3 to 12 years. The clinical attacks lasted a variable time from 1 hour to more than 3 weeks. Definite medical causes were identified in 78% of the patients. Each patient had a prolonged change of consciousness, accompanied by psychological and behavioral changes. The characteristics of ictal EEG in CPSE patients generally included slow activity and δ or θ activity in the temporal region. After antiepileptic drug treatment, the conditions of 11 patients were under complete control, 4 patients had no CPSE but complex partial seizures, and 2 patients had no improvement.

结果 17例CPSE患儿起病年龄为3～12岁，临床发作持续时间为1 h～3.5周；78%的患儿有明确的病因，CPSE临床表现多样，所有病例均有意识障碍，同时伴有不同程度的精神和行为异常，发作期脑电图主要以基本电活动变慢伴颞部局灶性慢波或痫样放电的持续或周期性发放为特征，经抗癫痫药物等治疗，11例患儿持续发作完全控制，4例持续状态控制，仅有部分性发作，2例未能控制。
