Neuronalα4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors are the most widespread subtypes in central nervous system.α4β2 nAChRs mainly exist in procerebrum, parietal lobe cortex, temporal lobe cortex, hippocampus, basal ganglion and cerebellum.

神经元烟碱受体α4β2亚型是中枢神经系统分布最为广泛的烟碱受体亚型，占脑内与烟碱有高亲和力的nAChRs的90%，主要分布在前脑、顶叶和颞叶皮质、海马、基底神经节和小脑。

There were no statistically differences between the 8th~ 14thday, the 15th - 21th day post-BC and the control group. During the rt~24tkday post-BC , pycnosis degeneration or necrosis neurons of the locus cerebral cortex, dorsal hippocampus, dentate fornix were significantly increased, then decreased gradually, but recovered to normal by the 24thday after BC, and especially in parietal cortex and piriform cortex the necrosis neurons were significantly increased than temporal cortex , and there were no statistically difference berween the left and the right side. Pycnosis degeneration or necrosis neurons in the brainstem reticular formation were markedly increased in the 4thday after BC, and there were no statistically difference among the other groups and the control group.

Subjects with Benign Rolandic Epilepsy of Childhood are recruited for study. This is because BREC usually exhibits normal neuroimaging finding but has a stereotypic EEG features. In this study, the singular value decomposition technique is utilized to decompose the selected spike interval of BREC into spatial and temporal components.

本研究对良性中央颞叶局部癫痫症状的儿童做实验，此病症之棘波有著良好的稳定性及典型的脑波图特徵，而且做神经影像检查时，一般均为正常，因此必须藉由脑波图时空特性分析，才能定出此一异常波之三度空间位置与其随时间变化的情形。

Results All cases showed a bilateral symmetric changes in the posterior periventrieular white matter,MRI signals were longish T_1 on T_1WI and hyperintensity on FLAIR,which appears as butterfly with splenium of corpus callosum infiltration.

结果：MR扫描7例均显示双侧脑室三角区周围白质内对称分布的异常信号，主要位于枕、顶、颞叶，胼胝体体部、压部，T1WI呈稍长T1信号，FLAIR像示高信号，呈典型的&蝶翼状&，1例于视放射区呈对称性的长T2信号。

Objective To explore the effect of microsurgery cerebelli tentorium inciseon in the treatment of severe brain injury complicated with tentorial heruiation.

Restults: 17 patients' seizurefoci were localized by MR and EEG examination ,among them l 0 patients have hippocampus sclerosis, 3 cases tephromalacia, 2cases arachnoid cyst, 1 case glioma.

结果：20例病例中17例依据MR及EEG获得定位，主要在海马区域病变12例，前颞叶5例，另3例MR检查正常，依据多次EEG检查获得定位，随访疗效满意。

Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into three groups, five were in normal group; the other two groups, sham and epilepsy groups, were divided into 6 subgroups according to the time points of 6, 24 and 72 h, 7, 14, and 21 d after kindling, respectively, each subgroup had 5 rats. Typical kindled model of temporal lobe epilepsy was established by kainic acid microinjected into right nucleus amygdalae in male Wistar rats.

The epileptic model has been successfully established by kainic acid microinjected into nucleus amygdalae in Wistar male rats, this model is applicable for temporal lobeepilepsy.
