The results of functional magnetic resonance: N-acetyl-aspartic acid, choline and creatine in left temporal lobe and anterior part of frontal lobe decreased more obviously and regional cerebral blood volume and regional cerebral blood flow in these areas decreased,while average pass time and peak time of the contrast medium in these areas slightly increased as compared with those in the conitralateral areas; fraction of anisotropy values and the tracked fasciculus in left corticospinal tract decreased, and the connecting fibers between Broca and Wernicke areas also decreased as compared with those in the contralateral area.

功能磁共振检查结果：左侧颞叶和额叶前部的N-乙酰天门冬氨酸、胆碱、肌酸均较对侧明显降低，左侧颞极及额前部的局部脑血容量、局部脑血流量较对侧降低，对比剂平均通过时间、达峰时间较对侧轻度延长；左侧皮质脊髓束部分各向异性值及追踪到的纤维束较对侧减少，Broca区与Wernicke区之间的联系纤维与对侧相比减少。

We collected 7 patients with ptotic eyelids who had undergone correction with the frontalis muscle advancement technique.

我们共收集了7个病例，进行了单侧之额前肌瓣前移术。

The patient showed atrophy in frontal and temporal lobe on regular MRI, significantly reduced amount of Nacetyl aspartic acid、cholineand creatinecompared with contralateral on MRS , remarkably decreased blood flow in the left temporal polar and front part of fontal lobe compared with contralateral on PWI. There were decreased association fibers between Broca and other regions meanwhile no association fibers were found between triangular area and wernicke region on DTI. The fibers projecting to opercular part of frontal lobe via archiform fibers were lessened. The mean FA and fibers of Broca and Wernick regions were less than that of the healthy subjects.

常规MRI显示左侧额叶及颞叶萎缩；磁共振波谱分析显示左侧颞叶和额叶N乙酰天门冬氨酸、胆碱、肌酸含量较对侧明显减低；磁共振灌注成像显示左侧颞极及额前部的血流量较对侧减低；弥散张量成像显示左Broca区与其他脑区间纤维联系减少，三角区与Wernicke区无纤维联络，左侧Wernicke区通过弓状纤维到达额叶岛盖部的纤维减少，Broca及Wernicke区平均FA及纤维束较正常人减少。

Results The recovery time of frontal muscle and orbicularis between twist and non-twist in I/t curve and in sex was not significant.

结果 额枕肌额腹和口轮匝肌I/t曲线有扭结与无扭结者的恢复时间、性别无显著性差异；将I/t曲线左移限定在轻、中及重度，有扭结与无扭结者的恢复时间亦无显著性差异；扭结率以中度病变最高，其次是轻度病变口轮匝肌，而I/t曲线左移程度与恢复时间有非常高度显著性差异（ P〈0.001）。

经鼻内窥镜外科治疗外伤性额窦脑脊液鼻漏6例，利用经鼻内窥镜外科技术开放和扩大鼻额管，在直视下找到瘘口，应用自体碎肌肉覆盖瘘口，外加肌膜和明胶海棉、碘仿纱条填塞，对于单纯内窥镜下手术有困难者，结合眉弓小切口联合额窦切开进行修补。

The results showed that the top one protein with the highest mowse value: 268 was the tropomyosin of giant tiger prawn. There were 27 queries matched and the fraction of amino acid sequence coverages was 65%. The matching scores and the sequence coverages were also high with other invertebrates including copramite and silverfish.

结果表明刀额新对虾主要过敏原蛋白与斑节对虾原肌球蛋白匹配分值最高为268，吻合肽段27条，序列覆盖率为65%；与其它无脊椎动物如腐食酪螨、衣鱼等的原肌球蛋白的序列覆盖率也很高，分别达到了51%和53%。

RESULTS Based on the epilepsy typing method and Video-EEG data,54pa-tients（42.2%）were diagnosed for epilepsy syndrome in the128child patients,including25cases of benign epilepsy of children with centrotemporal spikes,3cases of childhood ab-sence epilepsy,1case of juvenile myoclonic epilepsy,5cases of frontal lobe epilepsy,13cases of West syndrome and7cases of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.The types of epilepsy seizures in49（38.3%）patients were conformed,including10cases of tonic and/or clonic seizures,33cases of partial seizures,5cases of myoclonic seizures and1cases of atonic seizures.

结果 128例癫痫患儿中有54例（42.2%）进一步确定了癫痫综合征的诊断，其中儿童良性癫痫伴中央-颞区棘波25例，儿童失神癫痫3例，少年肌阵挛癫痫1例，额叶癫痫5例，West综合征13例，Lennox-Gastaut综合征7例；有49例（38.3%）可明确其发作类型，其中强直或阵挛发作10例，部分性发作33例，肌阵挛发作5例，失张力发作1例，另外有25例（19.5%）尚无法分类。

The result showed that,in geniohyoid, the MHCImRNA was upregulated and MHCIImRNA was repressed; the amount of MHCI/MHCH and MHCI+MHCIIwere also increased, and then restored normal level at the end of experiment. In masseter there was no significant difference in all of detecting result.

结果显示：在牵张过程中，嚼肌中各项检查指标变化不大，与对照相比无显著性差异；额舌骨肌中MHCI表达上调，MHCH表达受到抑制，MHCI＋MHCll与MHCllMHCll升高，但在固定8周时基本恢复正常。
