额外费用

The buyer must, subject to the provisions of A3, pay all costs relating to the goods from the time they have been delivered in accordance with A4; and all costs and charges relating to the goods whilst in transit until their arrival at the port of destination, unless such costs and charges were for the seller's account under the contract of carriage; and unloading costs including lighterage and wharfage charges, unless such costs and charges were for the seller's account under the contract of carriage; and all additional costs incurred if he fails to give notice in accordance with B7, for the goods from the agreed date or the expiry date of the period fixed for shipment, provided, however, that the goods have been duly appropriated to the contract, that is to say, clearly set aside or otherwise identified as the contract goods; and where applicable 7 , all duties, taxes and other charges as well as die costs of carrying out customs formalities payable upon import of the goods and, where necessary, for their transit through any country less included within the cost of the contract of carriage.

除A3a规定外，买方必须支付自按照A4规定交货时起的一切费用；及货物在运输途中直至到达目的港为止的一切费用，除非这些费用根据运输合同应由卖方支付；及包括驳运费和码头费在内的卸货费，除非这些费用根据运输合同应由卖方支付；及如买方未按照B7规定给予卖方通知，则自约定的装运日期或装运期限届满之日起，货物所发生的一切额外费用，但以该项货物已正式划归合同项下，即清楚地划出或以其他方式确定为合同项下之货物为限；及在需要办理海关手续时，货物进口应交纳的一切关税、税款和其他费用，及办理海关手续的费用，以及需要时从他国过境的费用，除非这些费用已包括在运输合同中。

This waiting cost, or opportunity cost, is over and above the actual costs associated with the project.

等待的这个费用，或机会成本，是项目实际成本以外的额外费用。

The seller must pay the costs and freight necessary to bring the goods to the paned port of destination BUT the risk of loss of or damage to the goods, as well as any additional costs due to events occurring after the time of delivery, we transferred from the seller to the buyer.

"成本加运费"，是指在装运港货物越过船舷卖方即完成交货，卖方必须支付将货物运至指定的目的港所需的运费和费用。但交货后货物灭失或损坏的风险，以及由于各种事件造成的任何额外费用，即由卖方转移到买方。

If any standing charges or the Business be not insured by this Policy (having been deducted in arriving the Gross Profit as defined herein) then in compating the amount recoverable hereunder as Increase in Cost of Working that proportion only of the additional expenditure shall be brought into account which the Gross Profit bears to the sum of the Gross Profit and the uninsured standing charges.

如本保险单未承保经营业务的维持费用（根据本保险单规定对毛利润的定义，在计算毛利润时已予减除），在计算本保险单项下，可以取得补偿的营业费用增加的赔偿金额时，只赔偿营业费用增加乘以按毛利润与毛利润加上未保的维持费用之比例所得的那一部分额外费用。

It is hereby agreed and understood that if any standing charges of the Business be not insured by this Policy (having been deducted in arriving at the Gross Profit as defined herein) then in computing the amount recoverable hereunder as Increase in Cost of Working that proportion only of the additional expenditure shall be brought into account which the Gross Profit bears to the Sum of the Gross Profit and the uninsured standing charges.

注：此条款可广泛使用。兹经双方同意，如本保险单未承保经营业务的维持费用（根据本保险单规定对毛利润的定义，在计算毛利润时已予减除），在计算本保险单项下，可以取得补偿的营业费用增加的赔偿金额时，只赔偿营业费用增加乘以按毛利润与毛利润加上未保的维持费用之比例所得的那一部分额外费用。

A further 10% of the agreed price will have to be found to cover additional fees that include: Legal fees of approximately 1%, Notary and Land Registry Fees of approximately 1%, Title Deed Tax of 0.5%.

另外10%的价格将须获支付额外费用，发现包括：法律费用约百分之一、公证费、土地登记约百分之一，契税0.5%。

Unpayable costs can't be paid. Example: You play Death Bomb, which costs {3}{B} and has an additional cost of sacrificing a creature.

Thus, an insurance system redistributes the costs of losses from the unfortunate few members who experience them to all the members of the insurance pool including those who suffer losses who have paid premiums.

To these values shall be added the amount made good as general average for property sacrificed, if not already included, deduction being made from the freight and passage money at risk of such charges and crew's wages as would not have been incurred in earning the freight had the ship and cargo been totally lost at the date of the general average act and have not been allowed as general average; deduction being also made from the value of the property of all extra charges incurred in respect thereof subsequently to the general average act, except such charges as are allowed in general average.

Article 19 Where the shareholders of a limited liability company or the directors and controlling shareholders of a joint stock company or the actual controllers of a company maliciously dispose of company properties and thus cause losses to any creditors after the company dissolution, or fail to make liquidation and cheat the company registration organ to deregister the legal person by means of a false liquidation report, if any creditors claim that the aforesaid shareholders, directors and controlling shareholders or actual controllers shall assume the corresponding civil liability for the debts of the company, the people' s court shall support the claim.

第十九条有限责任公司的股东、股份有限公司的董事和控股股东，以及公司的实际控制人在公司解散后，恶意处置公司财产给债权人造成损失，或者未经依法清算，以虚假的清算报告骗取公司登记机关办理法人注销登记，债权人主张其对公司债务承担相应赔偿责任的，人民法院应依法予以支持。
