鼻内镜下额隐窝解剖特征与额窦开放手术［J］。

Objective: To provide microanatomical data for Heubner recurrent artery, explore its relationship with Al segment, and distinguish it with orbitofrontal artery and frontopolar artery.

目的：研究Heubner回返动脉的显微解剖及其与A1的关系，以及与眶额动脉和额极动脉的区别。

Results The activating areas of acupuncture at Daling (PC 7) were mainly on Brodmann 46/47/44/9 areas of inferior frontal gyrus,Brodmann 6 area of middle frontal gyrus,Brodmann 22 area of superior temporal gyrus and Brodmann 40 area of postcentral gyrus and inferior parietal lobule.

结果：针刺大陵穴所获得的脑激活区主要位于额下回的Brodmann 46/47/44/9区，额中回的Brodmann 6区，颞上回的Brodmann 22区，中央后回和顶下小叶的Brodmann 40区。

In comparison with healthy comparison participants, major depression showed increased activation in right middle occipital gyrus(BA18), left postcentral gyrus(BA5), left precuneus(BA7) and right hippocampus and decreased activation in middle frontal gyrus when explicit recognition of sad faces.

4神门穴主要激活了右侧额叶的中央后回BA2、BA1，左侧额下回BA47和中央后回BA43，其次为右侧顶叶的顶下小叶BA40，左侧颞叶的颞上回BA22，右侧脑岛BA40；而假穴没有激活脑功能区。

Right postcentral gyrus of frontal lobe(BA2,BA1),left inferior frontal gyrus (BA47),postcentral gyrus(BA43),right inferior parietal lobule(BA40),left superior temporal gyrus(BA22) and right insular(BA13) were evoked by twisting Shenmen point; But there were not evoked by nontwisting Shenmen.

5刺激神门穴主要激活了右侧额叶的中央后回BA2、BA1，左侧额下回BA47和中央后回BA43，其次为右侧顶叶的顶下小叶BA40，左侧颞叶的颞上回BA22，右侧脑岛BA40；而非捻转刺激神门穴没有激活脑功能区。

典型的硬脊膜穿刺后头痛症状为姿態性的额部、额顳部或枕部头痛，会因活动而加剧，因平躺而改善。

RESULTS: Compared with patients in the non-AD group, those in the AD group showed decreased cerebral glucose metabolism mainly in the temporal and frontal lobes and the limbic system in the right cerebral hemisphere and the inferior frontal gyrus and precentral gyrus in the left cerebral hemisphere, and increased cerebral glucose metabolism mainly in the temporal and occipital lobes in the right cerebral hemisphere and the parietal and occipital lobes and limbic system in the left cerebral hemisphere.

3D MDD patients showed significantly lower gray matter density than controls in right medial frontal gyrus, right temporal pole, bilateral putamen and globus pallidus, bilateral cerebellum. After treatment, gray matter density in right superior frontal gyrus, bilateral precentral gyrus, temporal pole, putamen and globus pallidus, and cerebellum in patients were still significantly lower than controls.

Two months after a reading invention program based on auditory training, the dyslexic children received another imaging scan using the same tasks. The results showed that the bilateral brain activation of the dyslexic children was significantly higher than the pre-training, especially in the cingulate gyrus (BA23) of bilateral frontal lobe, the bilateral supramarginal gyrus (BA40), the left precuneus (BA7), the right temporal-parietal region (BA22 and BA48) and the right middle frontal gyrus(BA8), suggesting that the activation pattern of the dyslexia for phonological processing gradually changed to that of the normal ones.
