Our results demonstrate: The structures of the organs are normal, and the shapes of cells are clearly visible. There are lots of positive brown granules in Chief cells and Parietal cells in abomasum as well as the mucosa epithelial cells and gland cells of duodenum. Three bands with a molecular mass close to 120KDa、110KD and 98KDa were identified by Western Blot. The Ob-R levels of 120KDa in abomasum were significantly higher than that of in small intestine. The levels of 110KDa were similar in the two organs. The expression of 98KDa Ob-R was weak.

The results indicated that in the FNAC smears of mediastinal tumor, neutropilic myelocyte, neutropilic metamyelocyte, neutropilic stab granulocyte and neutropilic segmented granulocyte were observed in granulocytic series; early normoblast, polychromatic normoblast and orthochromatic normoblast were observed in erythrocytic series; and granular megakaryocyte, thromocytogenic megakaryocyte, scattered platelet and matured lymphocyte also were observed. Cell morphology and distribution in different stages were are similar to that in bone marrow smear, and these cells belong to the extra-medullary hemopoietic tissue.

Mitochondria was relatively little in size. Round primary lysosome with high electron-densed granules and secondary lysosome with high or low electron-densed granules were seen frequently. DCs contained many rough endoplasmic reticulum, the Golgi apparatus and ribosomes. The vacuoles with flocculent electron-densed granules were rare. Some special granules in cytoplasm were seen, whose surface like earphone were covered with a membrane. High electron-densed contents in the granules were near one side and the other side was bright. The nucleus became markedly small in volume, nephroid or hoofed in shape. The nucleus had little euchromatin and lots of heterochromatin under nuclear membrane.

Special staining methods, such as Masson and the Van Gieson staining were used to study the distribution of collogen fibers and elastic fibers. ResultsBy HE staining, the subepithelial connective tissues and vessels in the pterygium were more prominent than normal conjunctival tissues. An amorphous subepithelial superficial hyalinized zone and coarse eosinophilic granular materials were observed in the pterygia, but they were not found in normal conjunctival specimens. Coarse fibers were visible only in the deeper subepithelial connective tissues of pterygial samples. With Masson′s staining, the dense staining of collagen fibers was also more prominent in the pterygium than in the subepithelial connective tissues of normal conjunctiva. Abnormal collagen fibers were visible in the deeper sub-epithelial connective tissues of pterygial samples. With Van Gieson staining, abnormal collagen fibers were visible in the deeper subepithelial connective tissues. Dark coarse elastic fibers were found in the abnormal fibers only in the subepithelial deep connective tissues of pinguecula in the pterygia but not in the conjunctiva. With immunohistochemistry staining, MMP-3 was strong in the pterygial epithelium, moderate in fibroblast and absent from pterygial vascular walls. LN was strongly expressed in the blood vessel wall, moderately in the epithelial basement membrane and absent from the entire stroma.

Under inverted microscope, stereognosis of neurons died down, there were blank bulb in the neurons, dark particle were seen in the neuritis; the result of MTT test showed that the survival rate of neurons was obviously decreased. Res 40μmol/L increased the survival rate of neurons. Aβ(subscript 25~35) dose-dependently increased the level of MDA, decreased the level of GSH. Res dose-dependently increased the level of GSH, decreased the level of MDA.

RESULTS: In the retinal region without light, the structure of every layer was clear, cells in neuroepithelial layer arrayed in rule, some bubble presented in external granular layer and internal granular layer, RPE cells were compact, and the color of pigment article was coincident. In the region with direct blue light and that with 30J/cm2+Acrysof one-piece/ pMMlA, cells on photoreceptor and external granular layer were lost partially, bubble increased, RPE cells were with different sizes, and cell edema, cell lost and pigment article cluster could be seen.. In region with 30J/cm2+Natural, a little disorganization could be seen comparing to that without light, but more normal than those with Acrysof and direct eradia tion.
