Under light microscope, on H-E stain section, four types cells can be distinguish: cells with weak basophilic fibrillar elements; cells with acidophilic granular substance; cells with strong basophilic fibrillar elements and ciliated cells. In the basal lamina region under gland epithelium, there are a few connective tissue; Surface view of the hypobranchial gland could be see by scanning electron microscope, there are cilia and different kinds of secretions distributed. Ultrastructure of the hypobranchial gland could be understand by transmission electron microscope, supporting cells, sensory cells and seven types gland cell were observed to form the glandular epithelium; cells with much rough endoplasmic reticulum,smooth muscle fiber and nerve endings were found beneath glandular epithelium, among basal lamina region.

光镜下H-E染色切片中腺上皮区仅可以区分出四种类型的细胞：弱嗜碱性纤维样细胞、强嗜碱性纤维样细胞、嗜酸性颗粒分泌细胞和纤毛细胞等；腺上皮下的基底膜区有少量结缔组织存在；扫描电镜下可以观察到鳃下腺表面的纤毛及腺细胞的分泌物等情况；透射电镜下观察到腺上皮中有支持细胞、感觉细胞和7种类型的腺细胞；近基底膜区观察到富含粗面内质网的细胞；基底膜间为薄层疏松结缔组织，内含肌细胞及神经末梢等结构。

结果一、正常人结膜细胞的培养与鉴定1、活体细胞的形态消化后组织块培养法：48小时后见大量上皮细胞贴壁，细胞不规则呈圆形、椭圆形、多边形，细胞体肥大透亮，细胞核位于中央，胞膜清楚，约12-14天后细胞呈镶嵌状排列，融合成膜状。2、免疫组化鉴定培养的人结膜上皮细胞CK13免疫组化染色见阳性颗粒均匀分布于胞浆中。3、培养结膜细胞生长曲线传代培养多数样本于P5代以后开始出现衰老征象。

结果表明：长吻魷脑垂体包括腺垂体和神经垂体两个部分，腺垂体组织中有六种分泌细胞即促肾上腺皮质激素分泌细胞、催乳激素分泌细胞、生长激素分泌细胞、促性腺激素分泌细胞、促甲状腺激素分泌细胞、促黑色素细胞刺激激素分泌细胞；神经垂体组织中存在A型(A_1、A_2)和B型神经分泌纤维，A型分泌纤维轴突中具有不同类型的分泌颗粒，B型分泌纤维轴突中含有许多透明小囊泡。

And when Garyota urens L. was treated by the temperature of 2℃ for 120 h, the deposits of Ca(superscript 2+) mainly concentrated within the cytoplasm, nucleus and plasma membrane and there was also some Ca(superscript 2+) deposits in vacuoles, and the ultrastructure of some cells was simultaneously damaged severely: Chloroplasts structure, vacuole membrane and nuclear membrane had been damaged fully, the structure within the cell had become unclear, and the cell only have respiration.

研究结果表明，未经低温处理的董棕幼苗叶肉细胞，焦锑酸钙沉淀颗粒大量出现在液泡和细胞间隙中，细胞壁中也可见少量沉淀，而细胞基质中则看不到焦锑酸钙沉淀；经2℃ 48 h低温处理后，细胞基质和细胞膜上焦锑酸钙沉淀增加，而液泡和细胞间隙中的焦锑酸钙沉淀则显著减少，并且超微结构已初步显示出寒害的特徵，叶绿体外膜部分破损，类囊体片层稀疏且排列不规则，光合速率明显下降等；经2℃ 120 h低温处理后，细胞间隙内的焦锑酸钙沉淀极少，有的也紧贴在细胞外壁上，而细胞基质和细胞膜上则分布有非常多的焦锑酸钙沉淀，在核基质和液泡中也可见到少量的焦锑酸钙沉淀，并且超微结构遭到了显著破坏，叶绿体结构完全被破坏，核膜与液泡膜严重破损，内部结构模糊，细胞只表现为呼吸作用，不进行光合作用。

Electron microscopic findings were: 1. alveolar type I cells were degenerated、 broken-down and desquamated, endothelial cells were swelled, with inter cellular tight junction shortened, alveolar type II cells hyperplastic, basement membrane thinned and deformed; 2. alveolar macrophages and interstitial macrophages were hyperplastic; 3.mast cells were infiltrated and degranulated; 4.electron-dense deposits were present at alveolar wall; 5. myofibroblasts 、fibroblasts、 collagen and basement membrane like material were hyperplastic.

电镜观察可见：(1)I型肺泡上皮细胞变性、崩解和脱落，内皮细胞肿胀，细胞间紧密连接短小，II型肺泡上皮细胞增生，基底膜变薄和破坏；(2)肺泡巨噬细胞、间质巨噬细胞增多；(3)肥大细胞浸润并见脱颗粒现象；(4)肺泡壁电子致密物沉积；(5)肌纤维母细胞、纤维母细胞、胶原原纤维及基底膜样物质增生。

In ovary the ooctyes at phase 3 are in dominate position, the yolk nucleus disappear. And the GI of this stage is 3.35%. Both testis and ovary are at stage IV in Nov. hi testis the germ cells are in spermiogenesis, and the mean GI is 0.93%. hi ovary the oocytes are mostly at phase 4, which are filled in the cytoplasm with vitellin granule, and the zona radiate in membrane begins to formation. Nucleus moves to one side of the oocyte gradually. The mean GI of ovary at this stage is 9.37%.

在每年的3月-8月期间性腺处于Ⅱ期，此期精巢中精原细胞明显增多，胞质局部可见有线状的生殖质存在，平均成熟系数为0.037％；卵巢中以2时相卵母细胞为主，可见细胞质中出现强嗜碱性的卵黄核，细胞外由一层滤泡细胞包围，但尚无放射带，平均成熟系数为1.95％。9月-10月期间性腺处于Ⅲ期，此期精巢中仍有大量精原细胞，同时可见部分精母细胞，平均成熟系数为0.086％；卵巢中以3时石鲜孟加限加$玩印面n洲匆s性腺发生、分化及发育的周年变化相卵母细胞为主，细胞质中的卵黄核己消失，平均成熟系数为3.35%。11月性腺处于IV期，此期精巢内精细胞正处于不同的形成过程中，平均成熟系数为0.93%；卵巢中以4时相卵母细胞为主，胞质中充满染成桔红色的卵黄颗粒。
