Fifiteen experiment animals were divided randomly into normal control group, 12h-post-trauma group and 36h-post-trauma group (5 each). Immunohistochemistry and image analysis techniques were used to measure the area, optic density value and integrated optic density value and integrated optic density value of Ngb immunoreactive products in primary somatosensory cortex (S1) and retrosplenial granular b cortex, which was located in the inner side and out side of traumatic brain injury cavity in coronal section of rat brain respectively.

采用自由落体硬膜外撞击方法建立脑外伤模型，15只实验动物分为正常对照组及脑损伤12、36h组，应用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术观察伤灶周围第一躯体感觉皮质区(S1)和压部后颗粒细胞b皮质区内Ngb免疫反应阳性信号面积、光密度和累积光密度的变化。

For different materials,the macrostructure of damage sites are dissimilar.The microstructure of damage sites were indicated as follows:the damages of granite and marble after being particle impacted were made up of damage of cleavage surfaces and crystal faces and spread of cracks along phase interface and pore space,which is harmful to mechanical property;while the damages of concrete and mortar were made up of cracks of transition zone and aggregates and plastic flow of C-S-H,which may cause more hidden danger to perma nence than to mechanical properties.
