RESULTS : When ferumoxides-TA or MION-46L TA was used, intracytoplasmic particles stained with Prussian blue stain were detected for all cell lines with a labeling efficiency of nearly 100%.

Results The electron microscopical observation demonstrated that intracellular lanthanum could be found,most of which entered the hepatocytes and its mitochondria. The lanthanum granules were also found to deposite in the zone of tight junctions of bile canaliculi, indicating that the tight junctions had been damaged.

结果 镧示踪标记法显示镧颗粒进入了细胞及线粒体内；毛细胆管紧密连接区也出现了致密的镧沉积，并与肝细胞间隙的镧沉积物相连，表明毛细胆管紧密连接已开放。

After propagation, GTH cells evacuated large number of secretory granules, TSH cells appeared vacuoles, rough endoplasmic reticulum in STH cells were circumnuclear.

Methods: The olfactory nerve layer and glomerular layer was isolated from the olfactory bulb of three-day old rats, Enzyme digestion method was used to isolate cells and the cells were purified by differential adhesion method. Freshly isolated OECs were plated onto poly-L-lysine-coated tissue culture and then incubated for 2 days. The purity of OECs was identified by immunocytochemistry of NGFRp75 and S100 and Hoechst33342 counterstain method.

从新生SD大鼠(3d)嗅球中迅速分离嗅神经层和嗅颗粒层，采用酶消化法分离细胞，差速贴壁法纯化细胞，接种于多聚赖氨酸包被的培养板内培养2d，采用NGFR p75和S100蛋白双标免疫组化、以Hoechst33342复染鉴定OECs的纯度。

The results show as follows:(1) immunoreactive neurons of NPY in pigeon cerebellum tire mainly located in the Purkinje cell layer of the cerebellar cortex, especially in the top of Purkinje cell in cerebellar folia:(2) a few neuropeptide Y immunoreactive neurons are observed in the central nuclei of cerebellar white matter .which is different from silky fowl, chick and rat;(3) none of neuropeptide Y immunoreactive neurons are found both in the molecular and granular layer.

结果显示：(1)小脑内神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y，NPY)阳性神经元主要存在于小脑皮质的蒲肯野氏细胞层，且以小叶顶端的蒲肯野氏细胞阳性明显；(2)小脑白质中央核可见到少量阳性神经元，不同于乌鸡、肉鸡及大鼠；(3)分子层、颗粒层未见阳性反应细胞。
