Methods. A 60-year-old man with athetoid cerebral palsy and a history of posterior occipitocerical fusion presented with quadriparesis. Salage surgery for cerical myelopathy and pseudarthrosis was performed with laminectomy and rearthrodesis using the pedicle screw system. An intraspinal cyst was identified as the main cause of the paraparesis.

一位60岁的手足徐动症样大脑麻痹患者，既往曾行后路枕颈融合术，临床表现为四肢轻瘫，影像学检查示脊髓型颈椎病和假关节形成，采用椎板切除和椎弓根钉系统关节成形术后，发现椎管内存在的囊肿是导致四肢轻瘫的主要原因。

Methods: Symptomless group consist of 100 adults without cervicobrachialgia history, male female equalization. Scan by CT, measuring cross section and CT value of scalene anterior muscle, as normal contrast; 32 final diagnosis cases in treat group, by means of same method, statistics and comparison, analysis. Adopt maneuver to therapy. Analysis was done after one course followed by short-term and long-term.

无症状组选取不同年龄组无颈臂痛病史者100人，男女各半；CT平扫其C6上缘-C7上缘，测量前斜角肌横断面面积及CT值，统计后作为正常值参照；治疗组取确诊的无并发骨性改变及椎管内病变的前斜角肌综合征患者32人，CT平扫其同一平面，测量其患侧前斜角肌横断面面积及CT值，进行对比分析；采用手法进行治疗；1疗程后按近、远期进行随访，分析疗效。

The pelvic nerve of inferior hypogastric plexus originated from the most caudal root of the pelvic splanchnic nerve, running along the surface of the levator ani and passing laterally around the vagina and rectum to enter the sphincter musculature at the 5-o'clock and 7-o'clock positions. 7l.4% of specimens were found intrapelvic branches which were given by pudendal nerve. Before leaving the pudendal canal, pudendal nerve gave an intrapelvic branch that passed the levator ani and accompanied with pelvic nerve to innervate the sphincter when it approached the sphincter. The distance between these intrapelvic branches and the level of the bladder neck was about (12.6±1.6)mm.

结果：控尿神经是由下腹下丛和阴部神经盆内盆外分支组成，其中盆神经是下腹下丛远端盆内脏神经分支，沿肛提肌表面到达尿道5点和7点位。71.4%的标本中发现阴部神经存在盆内分支，此分支自阴部管内的阴部神经主干穿肛提肌进入盆内，大约在接近尿道括约肌时汇入盆神经共同进入尿道括约肌，其进入尿道的位置距离膀胱颈平面(12.6±1.6)mm。

The sciatic nerve can be regarded as the optimum bridging nerve. The double C7 nerve waved into beam through the prespinal route can be selected as transfer nerve. It is feasible to identify and anastomose the L1-L4 anterior lumbar spinal nerves at the L1 level.

坐骨神经可选择为颈7神经移位重建截瘫下肢功能的桥接神经，双侧C7神经可经椎体前通路编织成束作为动力神经源，在L1阶段椎管内吻合L(下标 1~4)腰神经前根的具有可行性。

Methods 11 cases with injury of carotid artery including four cases of ruptured carotid arteries with bleeding at the extracranial segment and seven cases of traumatic carotid-cavelTlOUS sinus fistula and/or formation of pseudoanearysm at the intracranial segment were studied.All cases were Confirmed by digital subtraction angiogrophyand were treated by IMIT with stent-graft.
