采用Seldinger法插入导管鞘后，用带Balt可脱球囊的magic-BD导管透视下经导引管送达瘘口水平，当球囊突然"低头"或改变方向时，表示球囊已通过瘘口，进入海绵窦。以等渗造影剂交换气体后充盈球囊至杂音消失，造影证实瘘闭塞完全，并保持颈动脉通畅。

Results: Over 50% cephalic vein patients had complications, about 30% of whose tubes were pulled out in halfway. Less than 10% basilic vein patients had complications, and about 90% of them completed the treatment plan. Results In 84 cases of nerve root type,stenosis was found in 438 intervertebral foramen,of which C6～7 and C5～6 intervertebral foramen stenosis accounted for 79.6%.The causes of intervertebral foramen stenosis were uncinate process articulation hyperosteogeny,intervenebral disc protrusion,vertebral body hypertrophy,zygapophysis hyperosteogeny and dislocation etc.40 cases of vertbral artery type manifested that vertbral artery became slim and deviousness as a result of the compression of vertbral artery （20.7%） by osteophyte.22 cases of myeloid type manifested with cervical spinal canal stenosis,hyperosteogeny of posterior vertebral body edge,posterior longitudinal ligament calcification and cervical intervertebral disc protrusion etc.
