Methods Compare 42 cases of basilic vein catheterization group and 33 cases of external jugular vein catheterization group from three aspects of catheter insertion complication, patient satisfaction and clinical care.

对42例贵要静脉穿刺置管组和33例颈外静脉穿刺置管组从置管并发症、病人满意度、临床应用护理三方面进行比较。

Results The complication incidence of external jugular vein catheterization group is significantly lower than that of basilic vein catheterization group (P .05);Patients satisfaction and clinical care of external jugular vein catheterization group are higher than those of basilica vein catheterization group as well.

结果：颈外静脉置管组并发症发生率明显低于贵要静脉组(P.05)；颈外静脉置管组病人满意度及临床应用护理也高于贵要静脉置管组。

Rats were anesthetized with urethane(700mg/kg) andα-chloralose(35mg/kg),and the trachea,femoral artery and extemal jugular vein were cannulated respectively.

2取成年SD大鼠(250～350g)，乌拉坦(700mg/kg)和α-氯醛糖(35mg/kg)混合腹腔麻醉，行气管插管、颈外静脉插管、股动脉插管，游离一侧膈神经并穿线标记，缝合切口。

本研究采用大鼠深低温颈总动脉阻断模型，应用流式细胞仪、电镜、原位缺口末端标记法、免疫组化法和RT-PCR技术分别检测深低温脑缺血对皮层神经细胞调亡的影响方法：第一部分深低温停循环脑保护大鼠模型的建立：SD大鼠20只，麻醉后气管插管辅助呼吸，用冰块将大鼠的体温降至(21±1)℃，阻断双侧颈总动脉，记录体温、心率、血压、血氧饱和度和血气分析，60分钟后恢复颈总动脉血流，用Longa等的5级评分标准评定4小时和24小时后大鼠神经系统损伤情况。

The slip knot was tightening by the drawn-string through the cardiac catheter which can be removed after decannulation. The modified Dennis cannulation was done with left ventricular assistance from the left atrium (via right external jugular vein) to the right subclevian artery in 6 dogs.

Results All 34 cases included 29 carotid atherosclerosis,10 mlid luminal stenosis, 12 moderate luminal stenosis, 5 severe luminal stenosis,2 segmental occlusion;15 calcified plaque,10 noncalcified plaque,9 mixed plaque ;The total CT value ranged from 20-1140Hu,and the CT value of calcified plaque ranged from 220-1140Hu,the CT value of noncalcified plaque ranged from 20-73Hu; hese 7 positive findings included 1 left common carotid artery abnomal origin,2 carotid artery aneurysm and 4 vertebral artery stenosis.

结果 34例患者中，颈动脉粥样硬化者29例，管腔轻度狭窄者10例，中度狭窄者12例，重度狭窄者5例，节段闭塞者2例；钙化斑块15例，非钙化斑块10例，混合斑块9例； CT值范围20-1140Hu，其中钙化斑块CT值220-1140Hu，非钙化斑块CT值20-73Hu；左侧颈总动脉起源异常者1例；颈动脉体瘤2例；椎动脉狭窄者4例。

Result The skewed parabolic profile is observed in CCA under 1:60 curvature and physiological average Reynolds number. As curvature and Reynolds number increase, the middle of horizontal profile appears sunken and the vertical profile is M-shaped. There are different profile shapes in different localities along the curved pipe.
