Methods From March 2005 to December 2007, 10 patients with osteolytic bone metastatic carcinoma in single cervical vertebral body received PVP, including 5 males and 5 females aged 38-75 years (mean 54.5 years).

2005 年3 月－ 2007 年12 月，采用PVP 治疗颈椎单一椎体溶骨性骨转移癌患者10 例。男5 例，女5 例；年龄38 ～ 75 岁，平均54.5 岁。

RESULTS:①Ten main causes were analyzed from one-way analysis: work with head bowing, natural deterioration, neck external injury, neck caught cold, high-pillow sleeping, humidity of the environment, cervical growth factor, nervous mind, overtiredness, and pharyngitis.

结果：①对引发颈椎病的10种主要诱因经单因素分析后，按相关度大小依次为：长期低头工作、自然退变、颈部外伤、颈部受凉、高枕睡眠、潮湿的环境、颈椎发育性因素、精神紧张、过度疲劳、咽喉炎。

There is a mass noted over the posterior cervical space in the left posterior neck ,that corresponds to the mass palpated by patient.This mass appears hyperintense on T2 image,and shows moderate contrast enhancement.Radiograph confirmed the presence of a phlebolith at this location,and complementary ultrasound shows hypoechoic mass which is compressible.
