Methods:Unsexed 7-day-old Wistar rats were used as research subjects,and randomly divided into 5 group: the HIBD group(n=12), the HBO early-treated group(n=12), the HBO late-treated group(n=8), the sham operation group(n=12) and the control group(n=6).The HIBD model pups were subjected to unilateral left carotid artery ligation followed by 2h of hypoxia(8%O2 at 37 degree C).

新生7日龄Wistar大鼠为实验动物，雌雄不限，采用结扎左侧颈总动脉后通8%低氧的经典方法制作大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤模型，并随机分为HIBD组(n=12)、HBO早治组(n=12)、HBO晚治组(n=8)，假手术组(n=12)，空白对照组(n=6)。

Methods:Unsexed SD rats were randomly divided into shamming operation group and HIBD group.Rat models of acute brain hypoxic-ischemic were established.The expression of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 mRNA at days 1,3 and 7 respectively after injection was measured by rt-PCR method.

通过结扎左颈总动脉致大鼠脑急性缺血，后给8%氧气+92%氮气的混合气体致脑急性缺氧，建立大鼠脑急性缺血缺氧模型，在3个时相点采用rt-PCR方法测定假手术组、HIBD组脑组织中IL-1、IL-6和IL-8 mRNA含量变化。

After treatment with the above hormones, the rats were established anesthesia with urethan (1g/kg, i. p.); polyethylene catheters were inserted into the external jugular vein and the common carotid artery for drug administration, and then blood pressure was recorded. The arterial catheter was connected to a pressure transducer, and the blood pressure was displayed on the channel of BL-310 Experimental System of Biological Function through IBM computer. We assessed the changes of resting arterial blood pressure, the pressor responses of angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ, 0.01mg/kg), noradrenaline (NA, 0.01mg/kg) and adrenaline (Adr, 0.016mg/kg). The depressor responses of Ach (0.006mg/kg) and carotid sinus baroreflex were also discussed after treatment with the hormones in OVX rats.

用不同雌激素处理21天后，将动物用25％的氨基甲酸乙酯腹腔麻醉（1g／kg），做颈总动脉插管，通过压力换能器，将血压变化输入计算机，通过BL-310智能型生物信号显示与处理系统的压力测定模块，观察去势鼠及不同雌激素替代治疗大鼠静脉注射血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ，0.01mg／kg）、去甲肾上腺素（NA，0.01mg／kg）、肾上腺素（Adr，0.016mg／kg）的升压反应以及乙酰胆碱（Ach，0.006mg／kg）的降压反应和压力感受性反射的变化。

Dynamic blood flow changes were seen from CDI in 3 cases with varicosis.

结果 在39例儿童眼眶肿瘤中，毛细血管瘤8例，横纹肌肉瘤2例，瘤体内CDI均可检测出丰富的动脉血流信号；皮样囊肿12例，淋巴管瘤8例，瘤体内CDI检测均无血流信号；静脉性血管瘤6例中，CDI检测出静脉血流信号3例；3例静脉曲张在颈静脉加压和压力解除过程中示动态血流变。

A total of 50 couples allogene rats were performed same proceeding like that.
