METHODS: 240 cases suffering CSA were selected and divided into groups according to anatomy angle of lesion parts (upper cervical segments, lower cervical segments, mixed type) and traction mode, angel (anteversion sitting position 1°-10°, 11°-20°, 21°-30° groups, posterior extension sitting position 1°-10°, 11°-20°, 21°-30° groups, neutral position sitting position group). Local massage served as control group.

选择椎动脉型颈椎病患者240例，根据解剖学角度按病变部位(上颈段病变、下颈段病变、混合型)和牵引方式、角度(坐位前倾分1°~10°、11°~20°、21°~30°组，坐位后伸1°~10°、11°~20°、21°~30°组，坐位中立位组)分组，以局部按摩为对照组。

On the basis of diseased region, we divided cervical syndrome into 3 types. They were superior part (C1-C3), inferior part (C4-C6) and commixture. It offers clinical guidance for traction therapy from spondylous morphous and mechanics.

椎动脉型颈椎病根据病变部位划分为上颈段(C1~C3)、下颈段(C4~C6)和混合型，这从椎骨形态和力学角度等方面为临床牵引治疗提供了指导。

Methods 300 cases (560 ears)of temporal CT axial images which were divided into two groups were retrospectively analyzed by statistics methods. There were 158 cases(316 ears)in normal group and 142 cases(244 ears)in abnormal group .The incidence of high jugular bulb , dehiscent jugular bulb, anterior location of sigmoid sinus, large sinus tympani, aberrant internal carotid artery, dehiscent of the facial nerve canal, excess of Korner's septum and mastoid antrum dysplasia were recorded.

回顾性分析300例(560耳)颞骨的HRCT轴位像，根据诊断结果将其分为正常组与疾病组，正常组158例(316耳)，疾病组142例(244耳)，统计以下变异的发生率：①颈静脉球高位②颈静脉球裸露③乙状窦前置④鼓室窦深位⑤迷走颈内动脉⑥面神经管水平段裸露⑦岩鳞隔过长⑧鼓窦缺如，并对结果进行统计学分析。

CONCLUSION摘要: The rat model with an endtoend anastomosis between a common coronery artery and a homolateral external jugular vein is clinically useful in studying the pathophysiology of chronic venous hypertension.

结论摘要：一侧颈总动脉和颈外静脉吻合模型对探究静脉压增高状态下脑缺血具有实用价值，结扎动静脉短路造成静脉压增高可以明显改善局部脑血流。

Results Powder,the decocted ex-tracts and the non-heating extracts of lumbricus prolonged the occlusion time of the common carotid artery induced by the electrical stimulation in the dose-dependent way.

结果 地龙磨粉、水煎液和免加热提取物均可剂量依赖性地延长电刺激诱导的颈总动脉堵塞时间，地龙磨粉和水煎液抗动脉血栓作用强度相当，地龙免加热提取物抗动脉血栓作用强于同剂量的地龙磨粉或水煎液。

The left external jugular vein of 20 rabbits were harvested and transplanted between ipsolateral common carotid artery. Three days later, animals in group Ⅰ were transplanted with BMMNCs (6×10^8 cells)/100 μl via periotic veins and those in group Ⅱ were injected with 100 μl PBS.
