Methods Under femoral artery puncture and catheter introducer leaving,bilateral common carotid artery angiography was pertormed with 4F HeadHunt or simmons angiographic catheter.We superselectively inserted the catheter to the branch of external carotid artery after confirming the bleeding site,hemorrhagic artery and externalinternal cranial dangerous anastomoses.

用Seldinger技术经股动脉穿刺，置入导管鞘，进4F HeadHunt导管或Simmons导管行双侧颈总动脉造影，明确出血部位，出血动脉及有无颅内外危险吻合后，将导管超选择性插入出血的颈外动脉分支。

The recipients were divided into 3 groups randomly: Isograft group (n=6), Lewis to Lewis. TA group (n=7), Brown-Norway to Lewis intervention group (n=7). In the group of BN to Lewis, administered aspirin at a dose of 80 mg/ for 8 weeks after operation.

受体随机分3组，同系组(n=6)： Lewis至Lewis颈总动脉移植；TA组(n=7)： Brown-Norway至Lewis颈总动脉移植；干预组(n=7)： BN至Lewis颈总动脉移植，术后给予阿司匹林80mg/治疗8周。

To detect effects on apoptosis of cortex neuron in DHCA rats, the rat model of occluding bilateral common carotid artery in the deep hypothermic (21C) rats had been established, and flow cytometry, TUNEL, electron microscope, immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR had been studied.: part I: To establish a new rat model of cerebral ischemia/protect during DHCA: 20 SD rats were used in the experiment, little animal respirator was to assist anesthetized rat's respiration after tracheal cannula, artery press through artery spile in femoral artery, electrocardiograph, temperature, blood saturation of O2 (SaO2) and arterial blood gases were monitored during the whole experiment, blood flow of bilateral common carotid artery of rat were occluded about 60 minute when its temperature was reduced to 21 C by ice, then normal temperature was resumed.

本研究采用大鼠深低温颈总动脉阻断模型，应用流式细胞仪、电镜、原位缺口末端标记法、免疫组化法和RT-PCR技术分别检测深低温脑缺血对皮层神经细胞调亡的影响方法：第一部分深低温停循环脑保护大鼠模型的建立：SD大鼠20只，麻醉后气管插管辅助呼吸，用冰块将大鼠的体温降至(21±1)℃，阻断双侧颈总动脉，记录体温、心率、血压、血氧饱和度和血气分析，60分钟后恢复颈总动脉血流，用Longa等的5级评分标准评定4小时和24小时后大鼠神经系统损伤情况。

METHODS: Twenty preserved adult cadavers were used in this study to observe the morphology of superior thyroid artery, inferior thyroid artery, transverse cervical artery, thyrocervical trunk and extracerebral portion of vertebral artery, and reconstruction of vertebral artery with these arteries was simulated in two preserved cadavers.

In present study, the model of the low shear stress in carotid or hypertension was established by the ligation of partial distal branches of the left common carotid or the coarctation of aorta in SD rats respectively. In some rats the low shear stress in carotid was accompanied by the hypertension. The media and intimal thickness, as well as the ratio of vessel thickness to inner diameter were determined by morphometrical approach.

Methods:Wistar rats were divided randomly into sham-operation group(n＝6) and ischemia- referfusion group (n＝12).Common carotid artery and external carotid artery were ligated,internal carotid artery and pterygopalatine artery were undivided.Pricking with eye scissors at the distal end of CCA for intralumin suture.By adjusting the suture arc direction to avoid entering the pterygopalatine artery,then withdraw the suture for referfusion 1 h later.

方法随机选择160例近22年来应用较广的5种动脉跨区供血反流轴型皮瓣，即：颞浅血管为蒂的乳突区皮瓣、眶上血管为蒂的岛状耳廓复合组织瓣、颏下动脉蒂的对侧颏颈皮瓣、颈横动脉供血的项肩背皮瓣、会阴动脉供血的股内侧皮瓣，考查其完全成活率、部分成活率、完全坏死率、动脉缺血发生率、动脉缺血致皮瓣坏死率、静脉淤血发生率、静脉淤血致皮瓣坏死率等指标，并与我院同期内应用的常规顺流轴型皮瓣随机样本120例进行比较。

Both two sides'superior thyroid arteries mainly appeared to originate from the initiation of the external carotid artery (61.35%); two sides inferior thyroid arteries mainly from the thyrocervical trunk (87.78%), and the ima thyroid arteries from brachiocephalic trunk (88.89%).

Result The skewed parabolic profile is observed in CCA under 1:60 curvature and physiological average Reynolds number. As curvature and Reynolds number increase, the middle of horizontal profile appears sunken and the vertical profile is M-shaped. There are different profile shapes in different localities along the curved pipe.
