摘要］ 目的探讨脑梗死患者颈动脉病变与血清同型半胱氨酸水平的关系及叶酸、甲钴胺长期干预对其影响。

Objective: In order to investigate whether the recombinant adeno-associated virus -mediated foreign genes, LacZ/hVEGF, could pass the blood brain barrier by intra-carotid artery delivery or not and to investigate whether the foreign genes could be expressed in vivo in ischemic brain of the focal embolic stroke rats or not, a high titer and completely adenovirus free recombinant adeno-associated virus vector was constructed and studied.

目的：为了检测腺相关病毒载体携带的人类血管内皮因子基因能否通过血脑屏障及能否在脑组织中表达其基因产物，我们构建了一种新型、高滴度、无腺病毒污染的rAAV携带的报告基因和hVEGF基因分别经颈动脉对自体血栓局部脑卒中大鼠进行了研究。

Methods Fifty adults(100 sides) skulls were measured by slide gaud, and observed course, situation and structure character of carotid canal in petrosal apex of temporal bone in 63 sides.

Methods Adult New Zealand white rabbits (n=10) as recipients were divided into 5 groups and one-month age New Zealand white rabbits (n=20) served as donors. The homograft valved conduits harvested from the donors were transplanted into the bilateral aorto-carotid in 10 recipients. The homografts were harvested from one group at 7, 14, 28, 60, 120 days after transplantation to examine blood flow and thrombus of homografts.

成年新西兰兔10只作为受体分5组。1个月龄的新西兰白兔20只作为供体，取其主动脉带瓣血管，移植于受体的两侧颈动脉，术后7、14、28、60、120 d分别取出每组受体所移植的同种瓣并观察血流通常情况及有无血栓形成。

RESULTS: The interobserver accuracy was 100% between observers for identifying the AM, hyoid bone, thyroid cartilage, and cricothyroid membrane, and 93% for carotid tubercle.

结果：用下颌角、舌骨、甲状软骨和环甲膜进行辨识，目标观察物的准确度为100%，颈动脉结节为93%。
