目的 应用二道血流速度流量仪超声探头测定鼠颈总动脉以反映云南植物药业有限公司提供的灯盏花颗粒对脑血流量的影响；记录小鼠断头后张口喘气时间，观察灯盏花颗粒的抗脑缺血作用方法采用Born方法测定灯盏花颗粒在体内外对AA、ADP及PAF诱导的家兔血小板聚集功能的影响；运用电刺激大鼠颈动脉血栓形成方法，评价灯盏花颗粒对血栓形成的阻抑作用。

结果 肩中俞向下直刺的解剖结构依次是皮肤、浅筋膜、斜方肌、菱形肌、颈夹肌、竖脊肌、胸膜上膜、胸膜顶；大杼穴向下直刺的解剖结构依次是皮肤、浅筋膜、斜方肌、菱形肌、上后锯肌、颈夹肌、竖脊肌、肋提肌、肋间内膜、肋胸膜。

与既往实验模型比较，此模型采用压力球囊法致慢性颈脊髓压迫具有以下优点：手术操作简单易行，安全性及成功率较高；导管廉价，压迫器制作方便；达到了渐进性压迫的目的；影像学及电生理检测比较准确地反映了慢性颈脊髓压迫的程度；脊髓功能障碍后脊髓病理组织学改变类似于人类脊髓型颈椎病的特征性改变；较理想地模拟CSM发病中的慢性渐进性压迫的病理过程。
