顺服

Self-emptying and self-sacrifice, obedience to God's will, and love to men, even unto the death of the Cross––such was the character of Christ for which God so highly exalted Him.

The fellowship of the cross is to be the life of a daily experience, the self-emptying of our Lord, His taking the form of a servant, His humbling Himself and becoming obedient unto death, even the death of the cross–-this mind that was in Christ is to be the disposition that marks our daily life.

我们的主自我卑微，取了奴仆的形像，成为人的样式，存心顺服，以致于死，且死在十字架上—这是主每天的生活中，都可看出这种心志的特点。

We have to acknowledge our own total depravity, that every aspect of our life has been tainted by sin. We are to accept the righteousness God has placed on us and to follow and be obedient to him.

Our third reading for today is Matthew 26, which covers important events leading up to the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus Christ.
