This thesis starts from the indications of science and technology management informationization and information sharing, expounds the cumbering elements in the development of science and technology management informationization and tries to give suggestions and strategies on how to further science and technology management informationization in China.

本文从分析科技项目管理信息化和信息共享的前提及要素入手，研究了我国科技项目管理信息化建设中信息共享机制，剖析了我国科技项目管理信息化中信息共享的障碍因素，并尝试性地提出了推进我国科技项目管理信息化建设的对策建议。

The article takes S Company as an example, briefly introduces the ERP risks identification, such as environment risk, technique risk, item advancing risk and management transforming risk before the enterprise carrying it out, and the risk management to handpicking raw and processed materials provider, cautiously choosing ERP system provider, avoiding hardware and secure technique risk, evading item advance risk, actively boosting operation flow reform etc.

本文以S公司为例，重点介绍了该企业在实施ERP项目之前对环境风险、技术风险、项目推进风险、管理变革风险等的识别，以及在精选原材料供应商、慎重选择ERP系统供应商、有效避免硬件和安全技术风险、规避项目推进风险和积极推行业务流程再造等方面采取的风险管理措施，并针对目前该公司ERP项目的缺陷提出了今后在避免&小会计&风险、不可扩展性风险和人才流失风险上面的具体防范措施。

This article makes a general planning research for Chengdu refuse incinerating power generation project, and blazes new trails by putting forward the idea that domestic and state owned corporate fund participate into this project, in comparison with the fact that the BOT mode is adopted to be the way to attract foreign fund before. Meanwhile, this article also puts forward the idea of manufacturing the crucial equipment on the basis of imported technology.

本文对成都垃圾焚烧发电BOT项目做了较全面的规划研究，主要的创新之处在于：提出了以内资和国有法人资金为主参与BOT项目的思路，而前期的BOT项目多被用作吸引外资的手段；同时还提出了关键设备采用引进技术国内制造的思路，期望能为即将实施的成都垃圾焚烧发电项目的建设起到一定的参考作用。

本文针对软件开发项目管理的特点和环境，分析比较了各种开发方法，吸收了软件工程、项目管理、面向对象方法与技术、系统工程、人工智能、分布式网络管理系统、特征及映射技术等领域的知识，提出了基于Agent的软件开发项目管理方法，对基于Agent的软件开发项目的系统分析、系统设计以及程序编制等方面进行了深入研究，并且采用可视化统一建模语言来自动生成基于Agent的应用程序模型。

The first step,this thesis evaluates the whole risk level of the port investment project. On the risk analysis,this thesis sets an index system for evaluation. The system comprehensively reflects risks on port investment projects. It has taken all the risks, through the construction to the running process of port investment projects into account,and numbers the index by experts investigation,then valuates the whole risk level of the project by fuzzy mathematics methods which is comprehensive, clear, effective and clean.

目前有在读的博士生2人、硕士生6人，MPH5人。主要研究方向为室内外空气污染对人群健康影响的定量评价及方法、环境污染健康风险评价及方法学。目前主持承担的科研项目有：国家自然科学基金重点项目&大气细颗粒和超细颗粒的环境行为。界面过程和健康效应&，国家&十一五&科技支撑计划项目&建筑室内生物污染控制与改善关键技术研究&和&环境污染的健康风险评估与管理技术研究&，欧盟课题&健康与环境网络建设&、韩国环科院合作项目《亚洲沙尘污染对儿童健康影响的比较风险研究》等
