Comparing with the old process, the new process makes the content of oxygen half remain, the lowest is 10.9ppm and the average content is 15ppm; the total content of oxide inclusion decreases 45%, the lowest is 16ppm and the average content is 17. 5ppm. The notch toughness value of wheel in the new technology is much increased than that in injecting CaSi powder, in wire-feed and in the conventional process, the notch toughness value at low temperature, such as at -40℃ and -60℃ increased over 40%.

工业性试验结果表明，采用本研究的工艺条件，不仅使车轮钢全面满足GB8601-88和GB8602-88标准中A级车轮的质量要求，而且也满足了铁道部对200km/h高速车轮提出的冶金质量要求，与原工艺相比，使钢中氧含量减少一半，最低为lO.9ppm，平均为15ppm：氧化物夹杂总量下降了45％，最低为16ppm，平均为17.5ppm，车轮的冲击韧性值得到了明显提高，其中-40℃和-60℃的低温冲击韧性值较喷粉、喂线及原工艺高40％以上。

If there was too much cerium segregated on the grain boundaries, it will considerably decrease the impact toughness of the steels.

钢中的铈碳化物对钢的韧性和塑性都有改善作用，对钢的屈服点没有发现显著的影响。

The results showed that the fracture toughness of the weld of HFW pipe was lowest.The value of absorbed energy of HFW weld was closely related to the heat treatment process.But the fracture toughness of fusion zone of submerged-arc welded jointer,its microstructure was coarse granular bainite,and was lower than the other locations of heat affected zone;and with the increasing of steel strength,the effect of welding heat cycles on the pipeline steel became stronger,and form coarse microstructure in fusion zone leading to decrease fracture toughness.

结果表明，高钢级管线钢高频焊接焊缝处的断裂韧性最低，其冲击功大小与热处理工艺密切相关；而埋弧焊接热影响区断裂韧性在熔合线处最低，其主要原因是此处的组织为粗大的粒状贝氏体，而且强度越高焊接热循环对管线钢的作用越强，在熔合线附近更容易产生粗大组织，使断裂韧性降低。

The result showed that toughness of coarse-grain zone in X70 grade steel pipe HAZ was weak.Coarse grain,granular bainite,high binate and other unbalance low temperature variation result in quantity increasing. In addition to,impact toughness of coarse grain zone decrease with the t8/5 increasing.

结果表明：粗晶区是X70级管线钢热影响区中韧性较差的区域，粗晶区韧性恶化主要是晶粒粗化以及粒状贝氏体、上贝氏体等非平衡低温转变产物数量增多造成的，且粗晶区的冲击韧性随着 t8/5 的增加而降低。

The experimental results are summarized as follows: the tensile strengh and bending strengh of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete can be improved significantly by the addition of steel fiber; to some extent ,the addition of steel fiber can also increase the compressive strength ,although little , it radically improves the compressive toughness , and the steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete will not fall apart with cracks; with the increase of the volume fraction of steel fiber, the elastic modulus is also rising somewhat; Poisson's ratio is influenced little with the addition of the steel fiber and the effect regularity displays unconspicuously.

本文试验研究结果可归纳如下：钢纤维的加入能明显提高钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的抗拉强度和抗折强度；掺入钢纤维使钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度有一定程度的提高，增长幅度不大，但抗压韧性却有很大改善，使钢纤维轻骨料混凝土裂而不散；钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的弹性模量随钢纤维体积率的增大有一定提高；泊松比受钢纤维的加入影响不大，规律性不明显。

Results of EBSD show that most of the reversed austenite in the steel treated by QT distribute along the grain boundary, but in the steel treated by two--phase region heat treatment the austenites distribute uniformly along all kinds of boundaries, especially also along the lath martensite boundary in the grain, so the cryogenic toughness can be also improved even the amount of austenitic is lower than that in the steel treated by QT process.

EBSD结果则表明：经两相区处理，回转奥氏体不仅在晶界和板条束界形成，也在晶内的板条界上形成，因此即便在其含量低于淬火+回火处理的条件下， 9Ni钢的低温韧性也有明显提高，证明回转奥氏体的分布也是影响9Ni钢低温韧性的一个主要因素。

The study on improving tough hardness of 65Nb steel which is used for new type cold working mould has been made.The result shows that 65Nb steel can achieve high tough hardness when it is spheroidized after full forging in fore heat treatment and is high-tempered for three times after high heat quenching in final heat treatment.

对新型冷作模具用钢65Nb 进行了提高强韧性的工艺研究，结果表明：65Nb 钢预先热处理采用经充分锻造后球化退火，最终热处理采用高温加热淬火后三次高温回火可获得高的强韧性。

This article has studied HG70 steel and HS-70 welding wires weldings,the welded joint,welding quality,and the welding operational performance,in restricts under the welding condition,Uses HS-70 welding wires,Experiments the steel plate the weld joint stretch,degree of hardness and the resilience test result indicated that,HG70 steel and HS-70 welding wires weld joints have the low crack sensitivity,The welding quality is good,Its weld joint has the fine mechanics performance,thus explained they had the fine welding match.

0前言非调质钢具有优良的使用性能和较低的生产成本，受到普遍重视。HG70钢是武钢开发的工程结构用钢，具有强度高、低温韧性好的特点。传统高强度钢一般碳当量较高，焊接性能较差。通过加入微量合金元素、采取新的控轧和调质工艺，使得HG70钢在提高强度的同时，亦保持了较高的韧性和较低的碳当量，因而从理论上讲HG70应具有较好的焊接性能，但HG70钢与HS-70焊丝的匹配情况，还有待于分析验证。
