Objective This study evaluated the effects of sectioning the different scapholunate interosseous ligamentsubregions sequentially on the scapholunate interval, through which we can evaluate the role of different subregion of SLIL in maintain the normal scapholunate space, and provide a reference for the diagnosis of scapholunate dissociation.

目的了解舟月骨间韧带分级切断与舟月间距之间的关系，对SLIL各亚区在维持正常舟月骨位置关系中所起的作用进行评价，为临床上舟月骨分离的诊断提供参考。

Methods There were four characteristics compared to the conventional dacryocystorhinostomy:(1) need not cut inner canthal ligament;(2) two U-shape petals in the lacrimal sac and nasal mucosa,(3) need not suture between the two petals,(4) did not placed the tube during the operation or after the operation.

在传统的泪囊鼻腔吻合术的基础上进行了4方面改良：内眦韧带不断离；做泪囊和鼻粘膜两个&U&型瓣，两瓣上面填充可止血和吸收的明胶海绵；两瓣间无需缝合；术中及术后不放置引流管。

Methods Design two incisions at canthus, one is short and horizontal just at the new point of canthus, the other is along eyelid fold about 5～4mm away from the short one. Transverse the horizontal incision into vertical by breaking or excising fibromuscular band under epicanthal skin and fixing canthus ligment on the lateral nasal aponeurosis.

在新内眦点处设计一小横切口，而重睑切口近内眦与横切口不贯通，保留切口之间的皮肤5～4mm，充分离断或去除部分眼轮匝肌、内眦韧带内向固定，切口经张力变形转向后，去除下部多余的三角形皮肤，将两切口间保留的皮肤整理埋入重睑皱褶内。

Objective To study the pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of patient with central type of interˉvertebral disc protrusion manifested intermittent claudication as the mainly clinical presentation,so as to reach the early diagnosis and treamtmet in time.Methods In58cases,X-ray film,lumbar discography,CT examinations were done to confirm the diagnosis,then total laminectomig was performed to reveal the vertebal body without involving small arˉticular process.Intervertebral tissue was excised via duralotomy approach in2cases in remaining56cases,through right and left longitudinal syndesmotomy to resect the nucleus pulposus of lumber intervertebral disc.Results In58cases treated by operation,the operative findings were in according with the X-ray and CT examinations ofpre-opˉeration.

目的 对呈间歇性跛行主要临床表现的中央型椎间盘突出症患者的发病机制和临床表现进行研究，达到早诊断、早治疗方法对58例患者进行X线拍片，腰椎碘造影，CT扫描检查，根据检查结果确诊后，采用全椎板切除显露椎体，未累及小关节突，2例经硬膜切开入路切除间盘组织，余56例经从双侧用神经剥离子带棉片将硬脊膜带神经根向中线剥拉至显露圆形突出物止，分别从左右纵韧带摘除髓核。

Abstractive】 objective to investigate the diagnostic superiorty and therapeutic efficiancy of arthroscopic debridement for the osteoarthritis of the knee.methods 65 cases（74 knee） of senile osteoarthritis of the knee were debrided under arthroscopy with local anesthesia.the procedures included removal of hyperplastic membrance and raw surface of degenerated cartilage,repairing the meniscus,and reshaping of the intercondylar fossa.results 55 cases（67 knee） were followed up for 20 months in average.the pain was relieved and the function of the knee joint was restored in most patients.

目的 探讨关节镜下清理术治疗骨性关节炎的诊断价值及治疗效果。方法对65例（74膝）膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用局麻下行关节清理术，手术清理增生炎性滑膜，清理退变剥脱的软骨及打磨软骨创面，修整损伤半月板，取出关节内游离体、碎骨屑及炎性介质，髁间窝成形术解除撞击及磨损前交叉韧带。结果随诊55例（67膝），随访时间6～42个月，平均20个月，多数患者临床症状消失或者疼痛症状减轻，关节功能明显改善。
