RESULTS:①The myelography and CTM revealed that factors contributing to DLSS included not only zygapophysial joint hyperplasy, hypertrophic ligamentum flavum and intervertebral disc protrution which resulted in degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, but also zygapophysial joint semiluxation and pedicle shift.

结果：①脊髓造影与CT脊髓造影的表现：DLSS对硬膜囊或神经根的压迫较退行性腰椎管狭窄症复杂，除与关节突肥大增生、黄韧带肥厚、椎间盘退变突出有关外，还与关节突关节半脱位、椎弓根移位压迫神经根等因素有关。

It is an ideal operation for applying ilium autografting with vertebral canal posterior wall plastic operation combining pedicle screw fixation to treat burst fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra with spinal stenosis, it is a simple and safe operative technique to entirely decompress in duramater and nerve roots and enlarge bore of vertebral canal therefore eliminating secondary spinal stenosis, the reconstructing of posterior column including spinous process and supraspinal ligament also increasing spinal stability.

自体髂骨移植椎管成形加椎弓根螺钉内固定，对严重胸腰椎爆裂性骨折伴椎管狭窄是一种较理想的手术方法。此方法操作简单、安全，解除神经及硬膜囊压迫的同时扩大了椎管，杜绝了继发性椎管狭窄，重建了后柱结构包括棘突及脊上韧带，增加了脊柱稳定性，值得推广。

Objective To study the pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of patient with central type of interˉvertebral disc protrusion manifested intermittent claudication as the mainly clinical presentation,so as to reach the early diagnosis and treamtmet in time.Methods In58cases,X-ray film,lumbar discography,CT examinations were done to confirm the diagnosis,then total laminectomig was performed to reveal the vertebal body without involving small arˉticular process.Intervertebral tissue was excised via duralotomy approach in2cases in remaining56cases,through right and left longitudinal syndesmotomy to resect the nucleus pulposus of lumber intervertebral disc.Results In58cases treated by operation,the operative findings were in according with the X-ray and CT examinations ofpre-opˉeration.

目的 对呈间歇性跛行主要临床表现的中央型椎间盘突出症患者的发病机制和临床表现进行研究，达到早诊断、早治疗方法对58例患者进行X线拍片，腰椎碘造影，CT扫描检查，根据检查结果确诊后，采用全椎板切除显露椎体，未累及小关节突，2例经硬膜切开入路切除间盘组织，余56例经从双侧用神经剥离子带棉片将硬脊膜带神经根向中线剥拉至显露圆形突出物止，分别从左右纵韧带摘除髓核。

Methods Twelve fresh adult cadaveric feet were selected for experimental fatigue testing to establishing experimental metatarsal fatigue fracture model, specimens were removed soft tissue and the first toes and diaphysises of the first metatarsal bone, reserved ligaments articular capsules , the first tarsometatarsal joints, steel wire substituted the plantar aponeurosis.

材料和方法 12例健康成人新鲜足标本，剔除软组织，保留韧带、关节囊。去除足第一跖骨干及相连拇指，钢丝足底固定，替代足底腱膜，包埋标本并固定于MTS试验机上，对标本进行疲劳载荷实验，载荷为350N，循环加载频率为1Hz。

Results The results showed hyper fluorescence was located in tectorial membrane, spiral ganglion, organ of corti. There were less intensity of fluorescesce among the atria vascularis.

结果 KCC2的阳性表达部位主要分布在耳蜗的盖膜、柯蒂器、螺旋神经节细胞以及前庭壶腹嵴顶部的毛细胞，耳蜗螺旋韧带及血管纹上KCC2为弱阳性表达。

Methods Thirty adult unmating female SD rats were autotransplantated of uterine tissue into left abdominal wall,uteroovarian ligament and between right subcutaneous fascia and muscular layer of abdominal wall.

方法取30只雌性未交配性成熟大鼠，将自体子宫内膜组织种植于左侧腹壁、子宫卵巢韧带和右侧皮下筋膜层与腹壁肌层间，术后第21天取出异位组织，进行组织形态学观察。
