RESULTS:①The myelography and CTM revealed that factors contributing to DLSS included not only zygapophysial joint hyperplasy, hypertrophic ligamentum flavum and intervertebral disc protrution which resulted in degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, but also zygapophysial joint semiluxation and pedicle shift.

To study and evaluate the result of the surgical treatment for arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with double-bundle semitendinosus.

［目的］观察膝前交叉韧带损伤后采用关节镜下双股半腱腔肌重建的远期疗效，对其症状、体征及功能评分的情况进行分析。

Materials and Methods: Sixty cases of chronic anterior cruciate ligament injurys were reconstructed arthroscopically with quadrupled-stranded semitendinosus versus patellar tendon .

材料与方法：对60例具有可比性的陈旧前交叉韧带损伤的患者在关节镜下行重建术。

Objective To study the rehabilitation program and its feasibility in clinic after the surgery of ACL reconstruction with double semitendinosus under arthroscopy.

目的 探讨关节镜下双股半腱肌移植重建术前交叉韧带(anteriorcruciateligament ，ACL)手术后配套的康复治疗计划及其在临床康复中的可行性。

Thirty-one cases who underwent surgical treatment of arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL with double-bundle semitendinosus during 1990~1998 were analyzed retrospectively. The mean follow up time was 127.36 months (98~168 months).

方法］回顾分析了1990年～1998年间本科收治并且目前能随访到的31例膝前交叉韧带损伤后采用关节镜下双股半腱肌腱重建的患者，随访时间98~168个月，平均127.36个月。

Method］Thirtyone cases who underwent surgical treatment of arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL with doublebundle semitendinosus during 1990～1998 were analyzed retrospectively.The mean follow up time was 127.36 months(98～168 months).

方法］回顾分析了1990年～1998年间本科收治并且目前能随访到的31例膝前交叉韧带损伤后采用关节镜下双股半腱肌腱重建的患者，随访时间98～168个月，平均127.36个月。

In the model, the anterior cruciate ligament was cut and reconstructed by autografted semitendinosus tendon (with average diameter of 1.48mm + 0.12mm).

在实验中，膝关节的前十字韧带被切除，而以自体的半腱性肌肌腱（直径平均值为1.48mm±0.12mm）来重建。

Wider access to the joint may be attained in the following ways:(1) by extending the incision proximally,(2) by extending the proximal part of the incision obliquely medially and separating the fibers of the astus medialis,(3) by diiding the medial alar fold and adjacent fat pad longitudinally, and (4) by mobilizing the medial part of the insertion of the patellar tendon subperiosteally.

It is an ideal operation for applying ilium autografting with vertebral canal posterior wall plastic operation combining pedicle screw fixation to treat burst fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra with spinal stenosis, it is a simple and safe operative technique to entirely decompress in duramater and nerve roots and enlarge bore of vertebral canal therefore eliminating secondary spinal stenosis, the reconstructing of posterior column including spinous process and supraspinal ligament also increasing spinal stability.

自体髂骨移植椎管成形加椎弓根螺钉内固定，对严重胸腰椎爆裂性骨折伴椎管狭窄是一种较理想的手术方法。此方法操作简单、安全，解除神经及硬膜囊压迫的同时扩大了椎管，杜绝了继发性椎管狭窄，重建了后柱结构包括棘突及脊上韧带，增加了脊柱稳定性，值得推广。
