This thesis focuses on beetle Cybister tripunctatus in addition to some other species of beetles and studied the elytron's micro-structure. We found that there are many concaves、hollows and holes on its structure; the configuration of this material is compound samdwich; the linkage-structure between elytra adopts the concave-protuberant mesh joint with some bristle.

本文以东方龙虱为重点研究对象，并综合了四个科的十个物种，通过对甲虫鞘翅微结构的观测，发现东方龙虱鞘翅表面遍布着很小的凹坑；从其鞘翅断面来看，内部存在着许多空腔和孔道结构，而且甲虫鞘翅是复合层状结构；对鞘翅间联接处研究发现，联接机构采用了凹凸啮合结构，在局部区域存在微小毛刺和突起结构来增加摩擦接触。

Objective: To observe dermalepidermal interactions between the epithelium and mesenchyme of the human hair follicle.

For assisting identification of crude drug Herba Dendrobii. Methods Morphological and histological studies were carried out on 11 medicinal plant roots in Dendrobium Sw. by microstructural observation. The 11 species were divided into three groups according to their stem morphology: a pair fleshy-stem group, including D. chrysanthum, D. crepidatum, D. primulinum, D. hercoglossum, and D. crystallium; b thick-and rigid-stem group, including D. fimbriatum and D. aurantiacum var. denneanum; c node-or inter- node- bulgy-stem group, including D. findlayanum, D. gratiosissimum, D. pendulum, and D. wardianum. The surface descriptions of velamen were conducted for D. fimbriatum and D. aurantiacum var. denneanum which are similar in characters of cross section.

方法利用形态组织学方法，对茎多肉质的束花石斛Dendrobium chrysanthum及其易混的玫瑰石斛D.crepidatum、报春石斛D.primulinum、重唇石斛D.hercoglossum、晶帽石斛D.crystallium；茎粗硬的流苏石斛D.fimbriatum及其易混的叠鞘石斛D.aurantiacumvar.denneanum；茎节或节间肿胀的棒节石斛D.findlayanum、杯鞘石斛D.gratiosissimum、肿节石斛D.pendulum和大苞鞘石斛D.wardianum共11种药用石斛根进行显微结构研究；对根横切面结构相似的流苏石斛和叠鞘石斛，配合进行了根被表面制片观察。

A total of 150 mesenchymal neoplasms of the GI tract, abdominal cavity, and retroperitoneum were retrieved from consult and surgical pathology archives, including 54 GISTs (8 KIT-negative; 13 desmin-positive), 17 GI leiomyosarcomas, 11 GI mural leiomyomas, 13 leiomyomas of the muscularis mucosae, 12 gastric schwannomas, 15 inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, 9 cases of mesenteric desmoid fibromatosis, 10 dedifferentiated liposarcomas, and 9 malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.

我们从会诊病例及活检病例中找出150例间叶性肿瘤（来自胃肠道、腹腔和后腹膜），其中包括54例GISTs（8例KIT阴性、13例desmin阳性）、17例GI道平滑肌肉瘤、11例GI道肌壁间平滑肌瘤、13例GI道粘膜肌层平滑肌瘤、12例胃的神经鞘瘤、15例炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤、9例肠系膜韧带样纤维瘤、10例去分化型脂肪肉瘤和9例恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤。

This observation provided a strong support to the point that most leaves export the most of assimilates in the light time. Plasmodesmal densities between SE/CC, CC/PP, PP/PP and PP/BSC (bundle-sheath cell) decreased in weak light. Plasmodesmata were observed between CC/SE (nacreous-walled sieve element), PP/BSC in branch veins in normal light intensity, but not in weak light. In order to prevent wheat stem lodging and to fertilize precisely, the experiments on the influence of phosphate and potash fertilizers on mechanical properties of wheat stem were performed with Zhengzhou-wheat 9023 as an object. Mechanical properties (such as flexural strength and flexural rigidity) of second base inter-node were measured by six treatments at five growth stages of wheat, which were jointing stage, booting stage, flowering stage, grain-filling stage and maturity stage. Nonmetallic material testing machine was used in the experiments.
