视交叉平面用2％TTC染色，用图像处理软件计算出脑梗死面积占该片脑组织面积的百分比；取视交叉前平面梗死边缘区皮层组织约100mg，用酶消化法制作神经细胞悬液，用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜检测皮层神经元细胞内游离钙离子浓渡，以细胞平均的荧光强度代表细胞内钙浓度；冰上迅速分离视交叉后梗死边缘区皮层组织约100mg，于低温下制作脑组织匀浆，用高效液相色谱法测定皮层匀浆中谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、甘氨酸的含量。

This article focuses on the line-line, line-region and region-region topological relations algorithm, which come down to the same question: whether there are intersections between line and line. The sweep-line algorithm was studied by many people, but has some deficiencies to be improved, in order to handle some special cases and increase program efficiency. My works as follows: rectangular envelope to reduce executive times , vector cross multiplication to determine intersection between line and line, coordinates and slope method to deal with some special cases. C program examples are showed together.(5) Finally, to prove capability and efficiency of the model and calculation method, some test systems are developed. For example, complex spatial topological relation query, parcels' exact area with the area of linear object reduced in land use, quality inspection to cadastral data according to topological rule, spatio-temporal change query of cadastral data.

将线线、线面、面面之间的拓扑关系实现的算法归结为线与线之间求交的基本问题；为处理一些特殊的拓扑关系情况，提高扫描线算法的效率，探讨了包络矩形粗滤、判断线线是否相交的矢量叉乘法、线节点重合或共线的斜率坐标判断法等改进方法；同时还设计了一种新的节点微小圆求交的算法，可应用于图斑与线状地物细分拓扑关系及地类面积的计算；（5）本文设计了实验系统，包括复杂对象的拓扑关系表达与计算程序、图斑地类面积的计算程序、基于空间拓扑关系规则的地籍数据库质量检查功能，以及时空拓扑关系和变化语义分析等原型，验证了拓扑关系表达模型和计算方法的可行性和实用性。

Microscope and image analysis technique are adopted in 《JB/T 7990-1998》. The "grain size" tested by microscope is expressed by the "largest breadth" of the grain image. When the grain size is tested by image analysis instrument, the grain size is expressed by the diameter of a circle whose area equals the grain image's.

Map strip sampling has no length and width; it also doesn't require the fixed shape of sample. The method provided a convenient way to determine the region for survey and calculated the area of the strip sample, thus resolving problems with calculating the survey area in past work.

Using the map algebra function of the ARC/INFO system,a map of flood hazard assessment for Xiang River Basin is constructed by taking various natural factors,such as precipitation,topography and historic flood frequency,into consideration.

在综合考虑降雨量、地形以及历史上洪水灾害发生频次等自然因素的条件下，利用地图代数分析得到了湘江流域洪水灾害危险性评价图；在综合考虑人口密度、耕地面积百分比、人均GDP和单位面积水库和塘坝容量等社会经济指标的基础上，利用模糊综合评判法得到了湘江流域洪水灾害脆弱性评价图。

The study methods: Based on digital printing and offset printing technology principle, the basic parameters having effect on the ink-jet printing output quality were analyzed. And the mathematics models between the ink quantity and the solid density, and the relation between the gamma and printing contrast were established. The relation among the output dot area coverage, the original dot area coverage and the dot-gain percent was analyzed. And the mathematics models of printing characteristics curves and dot-gain curves were established. The factors influencing the dot-gain were analyzed, and then the dot-gain compensation function was acquired. All the models were verified by the method of regression analysis. And the precisions of the models were obtained by the correlation coefficient and multiple correlation coefficients.

研究方法：根据数码印刷以及胶版印刷的工艺原理，分析了影响喷墨印刷输出质量的基本参数，建立墨量与样张实地密度、γ与相对反差的数学模型；分析输出网点面积率、标定网点面积率以及网点扩大率三者之间的关系，建立网点扩大曲线和印刷阶调复制曲线的数学模型，并对网点扩大的影响因素进行了分析，导出了网点扩大补偿函数；运用回归分析方法分析模型，并用相关系数和复相关系数检验回归模型的显著性；使用灰平衡方程，结合回归法得出灰平衡控制曲线。

Results ①Compared to sham group, ISH and IHC of rat hypothalamic CRHshow positive cells numbers increase, positive areas enlarge and average gray scaledecreases, which reveals the expression of hypothalamic CRH neurons enhances afterPX;②The enhancement of ISH and IHC of hypothalamic CRH in PX rats aftermelatonin supplementation dose-dependently recovers, but it can't return to be normaleither in high dose group or in low dose group and either at 4th week or at 8th week;③IHC of CRH in median eminence of neurohypophysis shows positive areas enlargeand average gray scale decreases, which reveals the releasing of CRH fromhypothalamic CRH neurons increases;④ELISA of CRH in serum shows thedifferences of CRH concentrations among all groups are not significant, which indicates PX and melatonin supplementation have no significant effect on CRH levels.

结果： ①松果体摘除后大鼠下丘脑室旁核CRH 原位杂交和免疫组化的结果与假手术对照组相比均显示阳性细胞数增多、阳性面积增加、平均灰度降低，提示松果体摘除后下丘脑CRH 神经元的表达增强；②松果体摘除大鼠补充褪黑素后，下丘脑CRH 原位杂交和免疫组化染色增强呈剂量依赖性恢复，不过不论是低剂量组还是高剂量组，也不论是术后4 周还是术后8周，均不能恢复至正常；③松果体摘除后神经垂体正中隆起CRH 免疫组化结果显示阳性面积增加、平均灰度降低，提示下丘脑CRH 神经元释放CRH 增加；④ELISA 法检测血清CRH结果示各组血清CRH 浓度差异没有显著性，表明松果体摘除及补充褪黑素对血清CRH 水平没有显著影响。

During this years, TCM has a prominent effect on Dysfunctional Dyspepsia,so we study the effect of SiNiSan of soup on the Dysfunctional Dyspepsia sharply from the ability of stomach emptying and the ability of intestines pussing on the normal Kunming rats by the coloring matter,and the chang of the nerve fiber, nerve qualitative, on the stomach organize of normal SD ratsMethods:In the experiment, the thirty Kunming rats, whose avoirdupois are about twenty grammes,and thirty S. D rats, whose avoirdupois are about two hundred grammes,were randomly divided into three groups, 0. 9yS group, SiNiSan of soup group and Mosapride Citrate group.

本课题通过对正常小鼠胃内葡聚糖蓝-2000残留量、小肠内葡聚糖蓝-2000推进率，来研究四逆散对小鼠胃排空、小肠推进的影响；通过采用正常大鼠肠道气囊法，记录正常大鼠用药后肠收缩幅度和频率的变化；采用医学彩色图象全自动分析系统，分析用药后正常大鼠胃窦组织中NOS阳性神经元分布面积和酶活性的变化；采用硝酸酶还原法和比色法，检测用药后正常大鼠胃窦组织中NO和TchE的含量变化，通过以上几个方面，研究四逆散的促胃肠动力作用及其作用机制。

The first step is to eliminate all kinds of noises generated in the process of collecting traffic video by means of median filter; Then we finish image sharpening with Laplace operator to clarify edges of the video images; finally, image contrast is enhanced with the help of the second-developing packet SDK-2000, which is provided by our video-collecting card. This way, much more satisfactory images are obtained, and preparation is already made for the following work, thats image analyse.Thirdly, according to the characteristics of our system, mobile objects are distinguished by means of image difference. Then some features such as regional area, length and width of traffic objects are selected and extracted. After processing of scale filter, we successfully recognize those moving vehicles appearing in the monitoring regions.Fourthly, some corresponding algorithms are brought forward to automatically identify those familiar traffic peccancies of many sorts, such as red light violation, yellow-line covering, parking in prohibited spots, over-speed running and converse running. Then we find means to snap pictures and to intercept videos of the spot, and collect a lot of relevant information such as the time, the block, the running direction and the weather conditions and so on. According to this information, our traffic management departments could make correct decisions on punishing those drivers who have broken the traffic rules.Considering the complexity of traffic environments on particular blocks, in order to monitor other traffic peccancies effectively, we also have designed the scheme to carry out traffic monitoring by manual.

首先运用中值滤波法对视频图像进行去噪处理，然后采用二阶差分法进行图像锐化，再通过视频捕获卡携带的二次软件开发包SDK-2000进行对比度增强，从而得到比较理想的图像，为后续的图像分析工作做准备；第三，根据系统特点，通过背景图像差分法，分割出监测区中的运动目标，然后对交通目标的区域面积、长度和宽度等进行特征提取，再经过尺度滤波处理，从而自动识别出机动车辆目标：第四，分别设计相应的算法，实现对闯红灯、压黄线、违章停车、违章超速及违章逆行等常见的交通车辆违章行为的自动识别，并自动抓拍违章现场，截取违章视频，采集其它相关违章信息，为交通执法部门进行交通违章处罚提供有力依据：考虑到特殊路段特殊环境下的交通复杂性，为了有效监控其它类型的交通违章行为，本文还设计并实现了对交通违章的手动监控模式。
