Six-factor and three-level orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the SFE co nditions as guided by the content of total coumarins in the extract. Constituent s of the coumarins were analyzed by GC-MS, and their relative contents were det ermined by normalization method of areas.

采用正交试验设计方法，以提取液中总香豆素含量为考察指标，对总香豆素提取条件进行优化，并用气相色谱质谱联用技术对超临界样品进行分析鉴定，利用面积归一法测定其相对含量。

The chemical constituents of extracts of Tamarindus indica L were determined by GC-MS. The relative contents of constitutes were determined by area normalizing method. 48 compounds were identified, amounting to total mass fraction 98.5%. The main compounds were 5-methyl-2(3H)-furanone, diethyl succinate, furfural, hexadecanoic acid, linolenic acid, 5-methylfurfural, oleic acid, linoleic acid, etc.

免疫组化ABC法研究偏头痛大鼠脑组织即刻早期基因c -fos、c -jun的表达。结果硝酸甘油型实验性偏头痛大鼠出现双耳发红、甩头、前肢频繁搔头，活动增加等外在表现，脑组织c -fos、c -jun基因表达阳性细胞数增加，基因表达阳性细胞的面积扩大、灰度降低或变化不大。结论硝酸甘油型实验偏头痛大鼠模型复制方法简单、重复性较好、脑组织c -fos和c -jun基因异常表达明显，可以作为偏头痛治疗药物筛选、药效评价和发病机理研究的动物模型。

However, currently, the retrieval of multiangular remote sensing seldom considers the use of spectral information. We use MSAVI2 as an index to get the a priori knowledge of LAI. As a result, the a priori knowledge is more objective. From the comparison of using or not using this MSAVI predicted a priori knowledge, we found that this approach is effective.

Occurrence records from 1864 locations and 34 environmental variables from Daymet datasets were gathered, four modeling methods including Logistic Regression, Classification and Regression Trees, Genetic Algorithm for Rule-Set Prediction and maximum entropy method were used to generate potential geographic distributions for Dreissena polymorpha in the continental USA. Then three statistical criteria including area under the Receiver Operating Characteristic curve, correlation and Kappa were calculated to evaluate the performance of the models, followed by analyses of major variable contributions.
