Methods 20 healthy volunteers and 37 patients with CAD were involved in this study. Color changes resulted from CK timing and amplitude were observed at parasternal short-axis view, apical four-chamber view and two-chamber view; The percent of regional fractional area change in 30﹪ diastolic period , namely color kinesis diastolic index, were obtained using ICK software.

观察20例正常人和37例冠心病患者胸骨旁左室乳头肌短轴观、心尖四腔、两腔观各节段心肌舒张期心内膜位移引起彩阶的变化，并运用ICK定量分析软件计算出心内膜于舒张早期30﹪时间内位移的面积占整个舒张期内膜位移面积的百分比，即心内膜位移指数。

In this study, with a total of 798 SOC density data and the 1:500 000 soil maps, the SOC storage in YunnanGuizhouGuangxi Region of China (including Yunnan province, Guizhou province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region) was estimated using the soil type method with the linkage of arithmetic mean method, median method, and areaweighted mean method (based on the area recorded in the Soil Series) based on different map units and the results were compared with that of the linkage of PKB method (Pedological Professional Knowledge Based Method).

利用中国滇黔桂地区（云南省、贵州省和广西壮族自治区）798个土壤剖面及1∶[KG-*2]50万土壤图在不同的制图单元水平上，分别采用算术平均值法、中值法和面积加权平均值法（以土种志中的面积为权重）估算了该地区1 m深度SOC储量，并与基于土壤学专业知识连接方法（Pedological Knowledge Based Method， PKB）的估算结果进行了比较。

The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

结果：骨膜牵张成骨的实验研究南京医科大学硕{学位论文l、骨膜牵张后，可见下领升支外侧的骨皮质上有新骨形成，新骨呈山峰状凸起，术后第28天的新生骨较低平，多孔隙，随着固定时间的延长，新骨逐渐成熟；下领升支前后向切线位X线投照显示新骨呈山峰样隆起；经测量，术后第28、35、42和56天组平均新生骨厚度分别为x.86士0.15mm、2.29士0.29mm、3.19士0.13mm和4.70 土0.45mm；脱钙骨组织的HE染色和不脱钙骨组织的苦味酸一品红染色的组织学观察均显示了新生骨在成骨细胞数量上的增长，以及胶原纤维和骨小梁排列方向上的变化，术后第56天的新生骨在组织学上与原升支骨组织已无明显区别。2、HE染色显示，与对照组相比较，实验侧骨膜增生明显，细胞间排列紧密，单位面积内骨膜细胞数增多，细胞核饱满；骨膜PCNA 免疫组化染色显示，与对照侧相比较，实验侧骨膜在牵张后出现了明显的增生迹象，PCNA阳性细胞分布紧密，单位面积内阳性细胞数较对照组多，靠近骨表面的骨膜中的阳性细胞数更多而且分布更为紧密。

In OVX group the total tissue and periosteal perimeter also showed tendency to increase,but the two groups were not different significantly.

而内径周长和髓腔面积都明显增加，在相同时期显著大于Sham组(P 。0 0 5 )，而皮质骨面积却与Sham组差异无显著性。

RESULTS The occurrence and area of alpha zone atrophy andthe area of total peripapillary atrophy was higher and bigger in glaucoma group than in control group.

结果 (1)α带发生率与面积、PPA总面积青光眼组均比对照组大(分别为：x~2=7.446，p=0.006；t=4.332，p=0.000；t=1.979，p=0.050)，β带发生率与面积两组无统计学差异。

There was no difference in the areas of alpha zone atrophy and total peripapillary atrophy between POAG and NTG eyes. There was no significant difference in the occurrence and area of beta zone atrophy among the three types of glaucoma.

带面积、PPA总面积、则无统计学差异(分别为：拼一0.011，p一 0.991；t=o.148，p一0.883)；不同类型青光眼之间已带发生率与面积无统计学差异(xZ一1.756，p一0.416；介1.362，p一0.262)。

There was significant difference in the areas of alpha zone atrophy and total peripapillary atrophy among the three types of glaucoma. The areas of alpha zone atrophy and total peripapillary atrophy were bigger in POAG and NTG eyes than in CACG eyes.

不同类型青光眼之间：α带面积、浙江人学硕卜学位论文P队总面积均有组lbJ差异(分别为：介6.812，p=0.002；F=3.438，p=0.036)，其中POAG组与NTG组均比CACG组大(分别为：a带面积比较t=一3 。540，厂0.001；拼一3.170，尸一0.003；pPA总面积比较t=2.978，尸=0.005；户2.780，p一0.009)，PoAG组与NTG组。

Results Both the area density of stroma and the ratios of stroma to epithelium were the highest in the periurethral zone and the lowest in the supcapsular zone. While the area density of epithelium and glandular lumen in the periurethral zone was significantly lower than those of peripheral zones.The ratios of glandular lumen to epithelium among three zones were not statistically different.

结果 间质面积百分比和间质/上皮比值在尿道周围区、中间区和包膜下区中均依次递减( P ＜0.01)，而上皮和腺腔面积百分比则依次递增( P ＜0.01)；三区间腺腔/上皮比值差异无显著性。
