摘要实验室设备管理系统是一个典型的信息管理系统，本系统是一个为适应对学校实验室设备管理的迫切需求而设计开发的软件系统，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面，经过分析和比较，我们决定使用ASP和SQL作为开发工具，利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发手段，尤其是数据窗口这一能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象，首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型，然后，对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进，真到形成用户满意的可行系统。

In the course of development, it accomplishes the building and maintaining of backstage supporter's database and the development of forestage supporter's application program which based on many oriented object tools of development provided by PowerBuilder, especially its data window that is intelligent object that can handle the database easily.

在开发的过程中，采用了PowerBuilder提供的各种面向对象的开发工具，尤其是数据窗口这一能方便而简洁操作数据库的智能化对象，进行后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发，建立起数据一致良好性，并且具有强数据安全性的数据库，应用程序功能完备、善于使用。

Rule-based and reusebased method is adapted in our system to develop applications. Rules are used to define geometric representation of geographic objects, spatial relationships among geographic objects and map design rules. Reusability is realized through object's inheritance and encapsulation. The basic function related to GIS has been implemented in OOGDB's basic class base. Application related function can be implemented in sub-classes of basic classes and some of basic class' function can even be overloaded.

In this paper ,we utilize the imagery with greater 1 meter resolution which is so called very high resolution as experimental data and do the research of ribbon road and simple building roof , and we talk about the process and method of extraction from high-resolution remotely sensed imagery :the representation of road and building in high-resolution image is analyzed ;a method of semi-automatic extraction for ribbon road based on angular texture signature and profile matching is promoted ;a algorithm for road extraction based on Snakes model is compared and analyzed ;the method of object-oriented image analysis and classification is introduced and we utilize this method to extract simple building roof semi-automatically ;the algorithm of road extraction is implemented as prototype system ;finally , the practicability of above-mentioned method are evaluated .

本文以分辨率大于1米的超高分辨率遥感影像作为试验数据，以具有一定宽度的带状道路和简单建筑物屋顶作为研究对象，探讨分析了高分辨率遥感影像中地物要素的半自动提取过程和方法：分析了高分辨率遥感影像中道路和建筑物的特征表现；提出了一种基于角度纹理特征和剖面匹配的带状道路半自动提取方法；对比分析了基于Snakes模型的道路提取算法；介绍了面向对象的图像分析和分类方法，使用该方法对简单建筑物屋顶进行了半自动提取；以原型系统方式对道路提取算法进行了实现；最后结合试验，对上述各种方法在实用性方面进行了评估。
