靠模机床

Linear motor direct drive servo tool-holder was designed, and host-slave control system with PC and DSP was developed for the require of high-speed and realtime servo. The technical process was analyzed in cam turning. Servo tool holder with tool swinging and principal axis variable rotate speed were presented to keep constant cutting angle and speed.

将电子齿轮箱用于凸轮车削加工系统的传动，以伺服刀架取代了传统加工的靠模装置，实现了刀具X方向直线运动与机床主轴转动的同步控制；设计了直线电机直接驱动的伺服刀架及基于PC与DSP构成的上—下位机控制结构，采用DSP进行实时控制以满足高速伺服需要；对凸轮加工过程的工艺特点与恒角度、恒速度车削进行研究，提出了具有刀具摆动功能的伺服刀架与机床主轴变转速运动方案。
