The changes of appearance in buccal cancer patient due to disease itself or after remedy always has big impact on patients' body image. This study explored the adaptation process of body image for appearance changes in buccal cancer patients after surgery and examined the relationship among adaptation, social support, and body image. The purposes of this study were to: 1.explore the distribution of essential attribute, healthy behavior, disease condition, body image, body image adaptation, and social support in buccal cancer patients after operation; and 2. examine if the adaptation of body image and social support will affect patients' body image. The study usee a cross-sectional design and recruit post-operative buccal cancer patients from a regional teaching hospital at southern Taiwan.

口腔癌患者因疾病及治疗带来的外观改变，对患者心理上於身体心像的调适会形成极大的冲击，且发病年龄多集中在中壮年期的男性，本研究即探讨男性口腔癌个案术后身体心像因应及社会支持之相关性，研究目的主要针对：一、了解男性口腔癌术后不同时期患者其基本属性、健康行为、疾病情况的分布情形以及身体心像状况、身体心像因应和社会支持的情形；二、了解身体心像的影响因子为何，采用横断式研究法，以立意取样，於南部某区域教学医院的耳鼻喉科门诊，选取罹患口腔癌且经手术治疗过后的男性患者，并排除合并其他非口腔癌重大伤病者及合并其他慢性疾病造成外观改变者。

Results The penumatization rate of total or inferior part of middle turbinate correlated positively to the inflammation of anterior ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. Compared with patients with normal frontal sinuses, the vertical diameters of agger nasi cells of patients with frontal sinusitis were larger(11.70±5.50 mm and 8.54±3.67 mm respectivevy, p＜0.01).Compared with patients with normal maxillary sinuses, the Haller's cells of patients with maxillary sinusitis were larger (77.8% and 33.3%,P＜0.05)and the amount of inflammatory Haller's cells of the latter was more abundant than that of the former(91.6±17.8 mm2 and 41.6±12.6 mm2, respectively, P＜0.05). The deviation of uncinate process was one of the factors of maxillary sinusitis .The sizes of ethmoid bullae increased with the soft tissue thickening in anterior ethmoid sinus, the large ethmoid bulla may cause anterior ehmoid sinusitis.

结果 全中甲或中甲下部气化的发生率随前筛、上颌窦内软组织影增厚而升高；有额窦炎组病人的鼻丘气房最大纵向垂径明显大于无额窦炎组(分别为11.7±5.5 mm和8.5±3.7 mm，P＜0.01)；Haller气房在上颌窦炎组和非上颌窦炎组的发生率无显著差异，但前组发生炎症的Haller气房明显多于后组(分别为77.8%和33.3%，P＜0.05)，且前组Haller气房的冠状位截面积明显大于后组(分别为91.6±17.8 mm2和41.6±12.6 mm2，P＜0.05)；钩突角度随上颌窦内软组织增厚而减小；筛泡冠状位截面积随前筛窦内软组织增厚而增大(P＜0.01)。

The research results indicate that the qualities of the Jurassic reservoir are dominated by construction. Good reservoirs lie to an advantaged nose protrusion, nearly relating to the distribution of sedimentary micro-facies. The reservoir that lies on the main position in the riverway has better gathering characters. Because argillaceous content is increase and the porosity and permeability became smaller, the character of the reservoir becomes bad in the flood plain area that lies on the skirted riverway and between riverways. Characters of the layer relate to the distribution of main sand-body that the better feature of the layer and the bigger thick of sandbody layer.

通过综合储层含油性、非均质性、分类研究的GIS 分析结果，研究认为：长西油田侏罗系储层性质受构造控制，储集性好的储层在区域上大多属于一个有利的鼻状隆起；且与沉积微相的展布密切相关，在河道主体部位的储层其储集性一般都较好，而在河道侧缘和河道之间的泛滥平原沉积区，泥质含量增加，孔渗性变差，储层的储集性也变差；储层优劣与主砂带的分布也有关，砂层厚度越大，储集性越好。
