It is proved that the two-dimensional non-hydrostatic Boussinesq equations on the x ? z plane with the kinetic viscous term and the thermal dissipative term are unstable equations in the C 2 function class.2. If we replace the influence of the kinetic viscous term by Rayleigh friction and the thermal dissipative term by Newton cooling, the new generalized equations are stable equations in the C 1 function class. The construction of the solution space and the discriminating method for well-posedness of the problem of determining solution are given.

本文的主要结果如下：1证明了在y方向上均匀的带有运动粘性项以及热耗散项的两维非静力、Boussinesq近似的x-z面上两维旋转流体的控制方程组在C 2函数类中是一个不稳定的方程组。2如果以瑞利摩擦来代替粘性的影响，以牛顿冷却来代替热量的耗散，则所获得的一个新的方程组在C 1函数类中是一个稳定的方程组，给出了其解空间的构造和各种定解问题的适定性的判别方法。

Based on the single-axis air-bearing test bed, three experiment schemes are creatively designed for investigating the behaviors of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics:(1) experiment scheme for structural dynamics problem under a non-inertial frame,(2) experiment scheme for rigid-flexible coupling dynamics with unknown large overall motions,(3) experiment scheme for modal analysis of a typical rigid-flexible coupling system.

为了能更深入地揭示刚柔耦合动力学特性与验证本文提出的一次近似模型的正确性，最后重点介绍了我们在单轴气浮台动力学仿真实验平台基础上，经过多次探索和总结，创造性地设计的三套刚柔耦合动力学实验方案：(1)非惯性系下结构动力学问题的实验研究方案，(2)大范围运动为自由的刚柔耦合动力学问题的实验研究方案，(3)刚柔耦合系统模态分析实验方案。这三套方案从实验的角度来讲是可行的，这为下一步的实验工作打下了基础。

High precision format, unstructured dynamic mesh with a large displacement and multi-species gas flows were computationally expensive, the problem of resourceless and inefficient of single computer appeared. Parallel arithmetic based on PC-Cluster system for the oblique detonation wave flow and the muzzle flow include high speed projectile were discussed. The results proved that the rationality of parallel arithmetic provided a new method to simulate the complex chemical reaction flows. The present code represents a validated, efficient and versatile tool developed for the simulation of hypersonic multi-species chemical non-equilibrium flows.

For the first time, the dynamics changing process of KGM chain in vacuum is proposed, We obtained the following results: polymerization degree influences the stability and shapes of the chain, the chain stability drops with the increasing of polymerization degree, for the high polymerization degree KGM, KGM chain takes on irregular curl state; acetyl group is not the main factor influencing chain conformation , during the course of dynamics movement KGM chain takes on irregular curl state before and after acetyl group was doffed, Extending and curling states change periodicity and has good flexibility.
