We purified the target protein under natural conditions by MCAC through Ni-NTA resin. The purity of this fusion PH domain of IRS-1 was up to 98％. We paned out the oligopeptides that can bind to this target protein from a phage displayed random duodecimal peptide library. The identities of peptide sequences of positive clones were analyzed.
