In order to evaluate the roles played by telomerase activity and apoptosis gene in malignant transformation of mammary atypical ductal hyperplasia, as well as the ultrastructure characteristic and regular pattern in the transformation, we investigated the expression of telom- erase genes and apoptosis related genes (p53 and bcl-2) and ultrastructure characteristic in precancerous lesion-mammary atypical ductal hy- perplasia, and compared with breast carcinoma and benign hyperplasia.

The results show:the above two species of Flos lonicerae's palisade parenchyma are composed of 1 layer of cylindrical cells.But in karst areas variety palisade parenchyma is cylindrical cells .Palisade and spongy tissue have distinctly differentiation.,are both bifacial leaf.

研究结果表明：以上2种金银花栅栏组织的层数均为一层，有栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化，均为异面叶；但岩溶地区的栅栏细胞为圆柱形，非岩溶地区的栅栏细胞为长柱形；岩溶地区品种的上下表皮细胞明显比非岩溶地区的品种大，并且其栅栏组织和海绵组织的排列较非岩溶地区品种紧密；气孔都仅分布在下表皮，气孔类型为肾形，岩溶地区气孔密度大。

Results: Mast cells in uterus were mainly distributed in the myometrium, only a few in the endometrium. After ovum implantation ,the mast cells were comparatively less at the place of implantation. The number of mast cells of early and late pregnancy(1～5 dyas, 15～19 dyas) was apparently higher than that during middle pregnancy(P＜0. 05). Stained by alcian blue-safranin, both red and reddish blue mast cells decreased gradually in number during pregnancy, but the proportion of blue mast cells was increased. Critical electrolyte concentration of mast cells decreased as time went on.

结果：(1)肥大细胞主要分布于子宫肌层，子宫内膜较少，且胚泡植人部位的肥大细胞明显少于非植入部位；(2)妊娠早期(孕1～5d)和妊娠后期(孕15～19d)肥大细胞数显著多于妊娠中期(P＜0.05)；(3)Alcian蓝藏红组化染色后，可见妊娠过程中红色和红蓝混合色肥大细胞逐渐减少；蓝色肥大细胞所占比例逐渐增大，孕9～19d肥大细胞几乎全部为蓝色；(4)肥大细胞临界电解质浓度值随妊娠时间的推移而变小。

These two calibration methods were compared with numeric experiments. Results indicate that comparing with MSDM, BDM is not only available for the force calibration of non-spherical or anisotropic cells, but also for irregular cells in optical trap potential with inharmonic and asymmetric profiles. The results agree with the experiments reported.

METHODS: Osteoporosis model was prepared with injection of dexamethasonc. Antagonism osteoporosis acupoint paste on acupoints and non-neridian places was administrated to compare with oral recipe for kidney tonification in the treatment of osteoporosis. It took the changes in serum estrogen, bone density, calcitonin/parathyroid hormone, thyrotropic hormone, free T3 and free T4 as the measuring indexes.
