Firstly, according to the difficulties in the optimization of chemical engineering and the intrinsic disadvantage of deterministic optimization algorithms, this work analyzed the importance and advantage of stochastic algorithms, and proposed some important aspects in research on them. Secondly, genetic algorithm was applied to two problems of data driven modeling, one of which was combination problem, the other was mixed integer nonlinear programming. Thirdly, systemic investigations were made on the basic structure, dynamic behavior and modifications of particle swarm optimization. Lastly, two kinds of proposed PSO algorithms were applied on calculation of phase equilibrium, which is nonconvex optimization.
本文首先根据化工优化中存在的困难和确定性优化算法内在的缺点,分析了随机优化算法的重要性,并提出研究随机优化算法应注意的问题;其次,将遗传算法应用于两个数据驱动建模问题,一为组合优化问题,一为混合整数优化问题;再次,从粒子群优化算法的基本结构、运动行为、改进方法做了系统的研究:最后,将提出的两种改进粒子群优化算法应用于相平衡计算问题,为非凸全局优化问题。

The two methods are presented for non-stationary leakage signals based on original feature gradate. One is a combination of the peak-peak and grads, the other is mean energy method, with the methods eliminate influence of noise and the stress concentration identification is improved. Based on the relativity for wavelet coefficient square, the signal singularity detection theory of wavelet transform was employed to determine metal magnetic memory. Experiment shows that the method is valid for leakage signal.
针对含有噪声非平稳性的漏磁信号,在原有信号特征量梯度的基础上,给出了新的时域空间梯度和峰-峰值组合特征量,以及能量峰值处理方法,有效消除了随机噪声对磁记忆信号的影响,提高了应力集中区的识别率;从磁记忆信号的奇异性检测角度出发,通过多尺度小波系数的平方相关一致性来确定真正的应力集中区;实验验证了所提方法的有效性。

Through the experiments of three kinds of models mentioned above, the structural deformations of "outflow-extension","strike-slip-extension" and "uplifting-extension" are studied and some viewpoints involving that the plastic flow in the lower lithosphere controls the extensional structures are stated as follows:(1) Regional extensional structure does not result from the direct extension along the upper crust, but from the plastic flow in the lower lithosphere and its dragging and stretching the upper crust;(2) Deformation of continental extensional structure resulted from the active uplifting of mantle is conditional that the significant extension occurs only in the models with free- or outflow-boundary condition on both sides, whereas the passive uplining of mantle exists widely, because it is an inevitable consequence of the efiect of thermo-gravity isostasy;(3) Strike-slip shearing in the lower ductile lithosphere, including site-restricted and site-unrestricted shearing, can result in various types of extension structures;(4) The"graben-horst"type extensional structures can be formed in difierent mechanisms, including outnow-extension, shear-extension, uplifting-extension and their synthetical action.
