According to the practical needs of chrome-free tannage, titanium is abundant in nature, easily obtainable and ecologically friendly, titanium tannage can produce a leather with similar performance to chrome-tanned leather, so the research of titanium tannage to alternative chrome tannage was established as the research direction of this thesis. The preparation of novel titanium tanning agent, factors affecting titanium tannage, titannium tannage mechanism and titanium combining tannage were studied.

本文从对非铬鞣体系的实用性要求出发，在对几种常用金属盐鞣剂的鞣性和鞣革综合性能的分析基础上，并结合它们的资源和毒性等方面的因素，提出了钛鞣是理想的铬鞣的替代鞣法的观点，确定了以资源丰富、无毒和鞣革综合性能好的钛盐代替铬盐的研究方向，研究了新型钛鞣剂的制备方法、影响钛鞣的因素，并对钛鞣机理和钛结合鞣法等方面进行了深入的研究。

The one carbon unit transfer reaction involving in the tetrahydrofolate coenzymes has caused great interest which is very important in the living system and has played an important role in the designing and syntheses compounds (especially the anti-cancer and LCD materials). In our study it was found that benzimidazolium salt has the ability to transfer one or two one-carbon unit and is a kind of new tetrahydrofolate coenzymes model. This research provides new method for biomimetic synthesis.

An automatic algorithm was used in the analysis to identify clusters of groupings of patients. We used the classical unsupervised clustering method called the Iterative Self-organizing analysis technique of DATA analysis originally introduced by Ball and Hall.25 The technique allows the splitting and merging of clusters while trying to find the "best" configuration. It therefore, requires very little a priori knowledge about the data and predefining the possible number of clusters or groups is not required. The range of possible minimum and maximum number of clusters within which the algorithm can search for an optimal configuration was determined by a procedure called the chainmap which reorders the multidimensional data in the form of a 2D distance map.26 A patient vector is randomly selected and its nearest neighbor is identified as that with the shortest distance between the 2 patients' vectors.
