Abstract］ Objective To describe the shape of the planar space of the corneal anterior surface of children with emmetropia by using a conic section, and then to plot the changes in asphericity on 36 meridians to deduce the formulae of the three-dimensional shape of the corneal anterior surface.

目的 通过二次曲线方程来描述正视儿童角膜前表面的二维空间形态，根据各子午线非球面性的变化规律推导出其三维形态的数学表达式及非球面性变化规律表达式。

This paper reviews whether forward movement of the posterior corneal surface occurred, changes in posterior corneal power and curvature, changes in posterior corneal astigmatism and tilt, changes in posterior corneal asphericity and BFS after the surgery.

本文综述了准分子激光屈光性手术后角膜后表面是否发生前移改变、角膜后表面屈光力、曲率、散光度、轴度、非球面特性以及最适球面等是否发生改变的研究进展。

This paper reported a new method using tangential curvature to establish a mathematical model of the anterior cornea and an analysis of the regularity of the distribution of the asphericity Q. The curvature in the horizontal meridians is a prolate ellipse. The curvature in the vertical meridians is an oblate ellipse. The curvature of the horizontal meridians is important for anterior corneal asphericity.

本研究分析了运用正切曲率半径值建立人眼前表面角膜数学模型的科学性，显示角膜前表面水平子午线方向非球面性趋向于长椭圆，垂直子午线方向非球面性趋向于扁椭圆，说明人眼角膜的非球面性特性主要由水平子午线实现。

The corneal suface of children with emmetropia has toric shape. There is a fine coincidence between two methods in central corneal power. The corneal surface of children with emmetropia has the feature of irregularity and non-spherical surface.

儿童正视眼角膜表面呈托力克光学面；角膜曲率计与角膜地形图仪对于中央区角膜曲率测量有很好的一致性；儿童正视眼角膜表面具有一定的不规则性(CIM约0.63)和非球面特性(SF约为0.27)。

The ocular accommodation has a great influence on refractive components. It is not only the process by which the refractive power of the lens is increased. But the lens itself moved forward relatively. The accumulation effects of accommodation induced by near-work is the main cause of myopia developed in children. The asymmetry of corneal surface was not only related to keratometer K1 and K2 , even the curvature within the same horizontal or vertical meridian was asymmetry.

调节本身不仅是传统意义上的睫状肌收缩和晶状体变凸，同时还伴有晶状体的相对前移；调节对眼的几乎所有屈光构成因素有着显著的影响，视近活动的累积效应是儿童近视眼发生的主要原因；角膜的非球面性不但表现为两个相互垂直子午线的曲率不等，即便是在同一垂直或水平径线上的屈光分布也是非对称的。
