The absorption of root system was the main sources of nitrogen in the plant.The effects of matrix ventilation on the abaorption,transportion and metabolism of nitrogen in the root system of cucmber were discussed deeply.The results showed that contents of ammonium,nitrate,free amino acids and soluble protein in cucumber roots were higher in G1 treatment.Contents of ammonium,nitrate and free amino acids in cucumber roots were the trend of the dropping after the first rising in F1 treatment,but contents of soluble protein was lower11.03%than that of the control.

根系吸收是植物体内氮素的主要来源，本研究深入探讨了基质通气状况对黄瓜根系氮素吸收、运输和氮代谢的影响，结果表明G1通气处理根系的铵盐、硝酸盐、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量均较高；非通气处理(F1处理)根系内铵盐、硝酸盐和游离氨基酸含量呈先升高后降低的趋势，而可溶性蛋白含量始终较低，比对照降低11.03%。G1处理根系硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均较高；而F1处理的酶活性在处理末期显著降低，其中谷氨酰胺合成酶活性比对照降低33.33%。

A series homopolyme of ethylene synthesised by metallocene catalyst was analyzed by the high temperature gelatin permeation chromatography. The results showed that the molecular weight distribution changed not too much when the ratio of Al/Ti ranging between 1000 and 4000, while the molecular weight distributed increased from 2.48 to 2.81 when the ratio ranging between 4000 and 7000; catalyst D had the lowest activity to be used as asymmetric metallocene catalyst; the curve of molecular weight moved much to the left with the increases of temperature and two active centres appeared when the temperature is 70℃.

通过高温凝胶渗透色谱对茂金属催化合成的一系列乙烯均聚物进行了分析，可以看出Al/Ti比从1000变到4000时，分子量分布曲线图变化不大，而从4000变到7000时，变化相当大，分布宽度从2.48增至2.81；催化剂D的活性最小，可作为非对称性茂系金属催化剂；该聚合体系分子量的大小受聚合温度的影响很明显，随温度的升高，分子量分布曲线图向左发生很大位移，在聚合温度为70℃时存在两个活性相当的活性中心。

Therefore the chapter gives out a method to enhance the oil recovery ------surfactant flooding, choosing firstly non hydronium surfactant compound system that is due to oil permeable bed of Xing-shugang oil field, and measuring relative permeability in surfactant flooding, surfactant flooding has the purpose to reduce oil-water interface intension and add oil disperse in water.

为此本文提出了注活性水提高低渗透油层开发效果的技术方法，优选出适合杏树岗油田低渗透油层条件下的非离子表活剂复配体系，并对活性水驱油时的相对渗透率进行了测定，活性水驱油可以起到降低油水界面张力、增加原油在水中分散的目的。

With the characterization of NMR and IR, combining with the synthesis of active species and studies of their structures, it is suggested that the hydride [RuHCl(PPh3)3], being favorably formed in the acid media, exhibited higher activity in the reduction of the C=C bond, while the hydride [RuH4(PPh3)3], being preponderantly formed in the basic media, showed activity and higher selectivity towards the C=O reduction.

In order to evaluate the roles played by telomerase activity and apoptosis gene in malignant transformation of mammary atypical ductal hyperplasia, as well as the ultrastructure characteristic and regular pattern in the transformation, we investigated the expression of telom- erase genes and apoptosis related genes (p53 and bcl-2) and ultrastructure characteristic in precancerous lesion-mammary atypical ductal hy- perplasia, and compared with breast carcinoma and benign hyperplasia.

结果：天然产物中存在中极性、弱极性甚至非极性抗菌成分，在培养基中扩散较慢，现行K-B法以透明抑菌圈为判读抗菌活性依据，会低估样品抗菌活性，甚至出现假阴性结果，造成漏筛。以不能被TTC显色的指示菌范围和透明抑菌圈之和来判读天然产物抗菌活性，提高了K-B法检测天然抗菌成分的准确性和可靠性。

Results On the basis of the percentage of GPI-anchored PLAP conversion,the sera GPI-PLD activities of total 172 patients,included 26 severe acute viral hepatitis as group A,29 liver cirrhosis as group B,32 chronic viral hepatitis as group C,55 mild acute viral hepatitis as group D,30 primary hepatocellular carcinoma as group E,were measured.As compared with 182 healthy presons as control group,the sera GPI-PLD activities of group A and B were significantly reduced;By contraries,the activities of group D and E were significantly raised.The sera GPI-PLD activities of group C compared with healthy control group were not significantly altered.However,when paired Q-test,the changes of serum GPI-PLD activity between all paired groups among this five groups were remarkable.

结果检测172例肝脏疾病患者(包括A组：26例急性重症病毒性肝炎；B组：29例肝硬化；C组：32例慢性病毒性肝炎；D组：55例急性非重症病毒性肝炎；E组：30例原发性肝癌)血清中GPI-PLD的活性，发现A、B两组患者的该酶活性较正常人(182名)显著性降低，而D、E两组则较正常人显著性增高，C组患者的酶活性与正常人无显著性差异，但A、B、C、D、E两组之间的酶活性水平改变却均有显著性。
