The Periscope Drawtube will be bent because of the water resistance in sailing and this bend will cause the error of star measurement. Due to its especial structure, contactless measurement is the only way to measure its bend degree. First this paper introduces the method by linear array CCD based on structure and light path; Second it expatiates linear array CCD work principle and driving scheduling with example of TCD1501C and the driving circuit by CPLD. The output signal of linear array CCD includes common disturbance so the differential amplifier is needed. In order to make the signal adapt to computer processing, a threshold circuit with Schmitt characteristic and the data process following threshold are given. At last, some key problems in application are given.

The reference crop evapotranspiration(ET0) in Guanzhong region was calculated with the Penman-Monteith equation. The change characteristics of meteorological factors and ET0 over year were analyzed. The regressing relation between ET0 and geography factors was established. Space distribution of ET0 based digital elevation model was obtained. The water consumption model of main cropes was established using the crop cofficient method. The irrigation water requirement of main crop and it's space distribution based DEM under the different precipitation probability was obtained, which advanced the calculation precision of ET0 from spot scal to regional scal. The concept of water consumption under the irrigational scal was proposed. The water consumption model of different water user and model of groundwater balance based on the water consumption of Baojixia irrigation district was established. Which can refects the relation between water utilization, water consumption and change amount of groundwater resouces.

深入分析了关中地区气象要素的变化趋势，用Penman-Montainth 公式计算了参考作物蒸发蒸腾量（ET0），建立了ET0与地理要素的多元回归关系，获得了基于数字高程模型DEM的关中地区ET0的空间分布图；用作物系数法建立了关中主要作物生育期耗水模型，获得了主要作物在不同降雨条件下的灌溉需水，以及基于DEM的主要作物灌溉需水空间分布图，提高了作物蒸发蒸腾量由点到面尺度转换过程中的估算精度；界定了灌区尺度的耗水量的概念，包括用水耗水和非用水耗水，建立了灌区耗水量计算模型及基于耗水量变化的浅层地下水均衡模型，能较好地反映灌区引水量、耗水量及地下水蓄变量之间的内在关系。

As the beginning of this thesis, the important meanings of sea ice to global climate change and ocean engineering in polar and subpolar sea regions are explained firstly. Then, it is pointed out that sea ice numerical modelling, as a powerful tool of sea ice research, is limited by the precision of parameters within models instead of itself so far. It is meaningful to study the important parameters of sea ice dynamics by means of the rapidly developing digital imaging techniques so as to provide better input parameters needed in numerical models.

文中首先阐述了海冰对全球气候变化和极区、亚极区海域海洋工程问题的重要性，并指出作为海冰研究重要手段之一的海冰数值模拟发展到目前，其准确性更加受到海冰参数而非模式本身的限制，因此以目前快速发展的数字图像技术为工具对海冰动力学过程中的重要参数进行研究，以提供数值模式所需要的高精度和准确性的数据，是非常有必要的。

The main conclusions are: 1 general trend of land price is reduction from central base point to urban edge, but there are different characteristics in different direction; 2 from one edge to another, land price shows low-high-low, and its sections through urban areas show normal school and deflection normal school; 3 land price evolutes with time, concaveness land price terrace changes little or gentle or protruding, and protuberant land price terrace changes little or not, price terrace or big or gentle; 4 the increasing potential of price is analyzed by the increasing rate and increasing speed of land price.
