Last year I came to teach in modern art institute of Tianjin academy of Fine Arts. First year I was nearly absorbed in teaching appraisal and teaching research, and at the end of the year I had made three handy finished-product installment plans."Scrip Traded Brick", mainly aims at the following topics: the real value of artware that rise rapidly in the Chinese prosperous art market, risk index contained in flourish and huge existing space about the flowing market froth, chance which flowing social fund pours into the artistic market, and art investments becoming one kind of ways of investments. In addition, I tell a monologue of individual experience in manners of watching and taunting with choosing one kind of enjoying the flower in the brume for oneself. Moreover, I undertake selective ponder of the social question.

Calculous is one of the required courses for non-arts students in vocational and technical institutes. Many students have difficulties in learning Calculous because of the characteristic of the course and basic knowledge level of students, so that the situation of teaching Calculous is not optimistical in vocational and technical institutes. Hence, it is necessary to properly reform the teaching of Calculous in those institutes.

A writing course incorporates the cultivation of a persons cognitive faculty, thinking power, creative spirit as well as writing skills. The effectiveness of such courses has a great deal to do with the training of talented people at colleges and universities. At present, much is to be desired in the teaching of writing and a great effort is needed to enhance its quality.

In the course of educational experiment on the synthesis of non-ionic surfactant, in order to reduce the depletion on ethylene oxide and save experimental cost, an educational experimental device with the function of enduring highpressure and little reaction mass was constructed by refitting a 250mL high-pressure reactor. In order to verify the function of the experimental device, lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether was synthesized by it.
