Due to the complexity of the cell jitter, the NonSynchronous Tining Recovery methods are currently not mature With the emphasis being given to the Class A CBR traffic, this paper analyzes the performance of the queueing delay and cell jitter at the source node and intermediate nodes, and discusses the Source Timing Recovery at the destination node in ATM networks Firstly, this paper presents a description of the cell jitter of CBR traffic, and gives the definitions of two kinds of cell jitter regarding the Source Timing Recovery for CBR traffic Then, by using exact mathematical models and analysis methods, this paper analyzes the impact of the factors, such as the capacity of the queueing buffer, the randomness, the deterministic nature and the correlation in cell arrivals of the background traffic sources, on the queueing delay and cell jitter performance of the CBR traffic through Statistical Multiplexitng To obtain an insight into the power spectral distribution and look for better schemes for the depression and filtering of the cell jitter, within the analyses we succeed deriving the power spectrum of the cell jitter for CBR traffic Hence, not only the power spectral distribution of the cell jitter can in the frequency domain be qualitatively understood, but also can the rms (root-meansquare) value of the cell jitter be quantitatively obtained so as to more accurately measure the amplitude of the jitter In the end-to-end performance analysis of the queueing delay and cell jitter, we propose a kind of quasi-periodic cell stream model to characterize the jittered CBR traffic, and present an initial queueing analysis of the CBR traffic following such a model at a generic intermediate node Additionally, we briefly discuss the buildout/playout and Source Timing Recovery functions of the destination node Finally, regarding the Source Timing Recovery of CBR traffic, this paper systematically discusses several important principles of the cell jitter filtering and depression reported in the literature, introduces several implementation schemes of the Source Timing Recovery e.

In this study, the methodology of linear structural rela- tionship model of latent variable has been studied which is the first time in China. Some extended conclusions have been come up to, such as multi-factor congeneric measure model, the reliability of measurable variable and its hy- pothesis test, the relation between standardized solution and unstandardized solution, multidimensional path model with measure errors, and multilevel model of latent vari- able. Some examples have been shown to help apply these results in practice, such as the analyses of the children growth-development data, the bone density data and the health resources data by means of latent variable model. Not only have new explanations for these data been achieved, but also powerful patterns for applying the theoretical methods in medical sciences and other fields.

The thesis probes into Schoenberg' thinkings about music history, music nationalism, music education, music criticism, and music creation, respectively. There are some important viewpoints in Schoenberg's music thought: Firstly, Schoenberg's ideas of music history, he believes relationship of tradition and revolution in art is dialectical in nature, and argues that evolution in music was determined by natural law, obviously influenced by Hegel's philosophical history idea. Secondly, the thesis sums up his viewpoints of music nationalism, such as "lay stress on art music, look down on folk music","lay stress on western European music, look down on non- western European music" by Schoenberg's account about the reasons of the formation of national art, the dominant of national art and nationality in music; in fact, this viewpoint of western cultural centricity is one of his i mportant viewpoints throughout his life; Thirdly, Schoenberg's concept of music education: in his thought a composing teacher should teach the students how to master "the tool of art", train them for their ability of "one major and various kinds of techniques", try his best to nourish the student's personality; Fourthly, Schoenberg set forth some opinions about modern music critics and the method of music criticism: a music critic must be equipped with the quality of a music expert, and render composer's idea to the public by his art imagination, but not his personal opinion,and Schoenberg stress the areas of music criticism on style and idea ; Lastly, Schoenberg's concept of music creation: Expressionism and organism are two important issues in Schoenberg's thinking about music creation.
