First, from the point of view of production and management, the importance for developing TTU is pointed out.the status in quo of technology,The direction of progress,The demand of practical and fundamentality in Distribution Automation are analyzed for Transformer Terminal Unit. The function of equipment and technical specification which meet demand of practical duty are indicated; Second, the scheme of synchronous sampling,quasi-synchronous sampling,non-integer cycle sampling,nonsynchronous sampling and algorithm are analyzed in detail. Then,the scheme of nonsynchronous sampling and multi-chunnel is ascertained. Moreover, the method of disposal sampling data for increasing precision which calculate the number of sampling per cycle dramatic by searching zero is introduced. The technique for analyzing data,stating data,storage data for Electrical Power Quality and control scheme for compensation capacitor are explained also. Finally, The scheme and structure of hardware,key circuitry using 80C196 singlechip,the scheme and ideology of software and flow chart of part software is introduced simply.

文中首先从电力生产、管理角度出发，指出了研制配变监测终端的重要意义，分析了配变监测终端的技术现状、发展趋势、现场需求以及在配网自动化中的基础地位，提出了满足实际运行要求的装置功能、技术要求；然后对目前常用的同步采样、准同步采样、非整周期采样、非同步采样的方案和算法进行了详细的分析、比较、筛选，确定了非同步采样和顺序采样的方案，并提出了一种寻找过零点从而动态计算每周采样点数的提高精度的采样数据处理方法，文中对装置中电能质量分析、统计、存储的方法以及补偿电容器的控制方案和投切原则也做了重点说明；最后，对应用80C196单片机系统研制的装置的硬件方案、结构以及关键电路和软件设计思路、方案、部分主要软件模块的流程图做了介绍。

Results After 4 hours of test, the non-epidemic strains became positive and the average growth density of the non-epidemic strains was higher than that of the epidemic strains; however, some were still lower than the epidemic strains. The reconstruction problem is ill-posed, so two optimal criterions, the least module and the smoothness criterion base on Tikhonov regularization technique, are introduced into reconstruction algorithm. Many regularization parameters choice strategies are investigated, and the TPA(Two—Parameter Algorithm) strategy which is based on the Morozov discrepancy principles, is implemented in two regularization reconstruction algorithms.Numerical experiment results show that the nonnegative and smoothness constraint condition can overcome the difficulty of iteration semiconvergent, preconditioned technique can improve convergence rate and reconstruction accuracy, smoothness regularization criterion can meliorate ill-posed problem of reconstruction and enhance iteration stability, and the TPA is an effective strategy of regularization parameters choice.

数值试验表明：在共轭梯度法中引入非负约束和光滑约束改善了迭代的&半收敛&性，非负约束保证了解的非负性，光滑约束抑制了重建解的振荡现象，约束算法的重建精度与无约束算法相比大幅度提高；在约束共轭梯度重建算法中引入预优技术，可以加快算法的收敛速度，提高迭代的稳定性和重建精度；引入光滑准则的正则化技术可以有效改善图像重建问题的不适定性，加快迭代的收敛速度，提高迭代的稳定性和图像重建质量，计算正则参数的TPA算法在闪光照相图像重建中是有效的。

Serologic screening for celiac disease was positive in 12 (4.5%) of 266 patients with osteoporosis and in six (1.0%) of 574 patients without osteoporosis. All but two serologically positive individuals underwent intestinal biopsy, which was positive in nine osteoporotic patients and in one nonosteoporotic patient. The prevalence of celiac disease confirmed by biopsy was 3.4% among the osteoporotic population and 0.2% among the nonosteoporotic population.
