Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology of the bladder RMS clinical image data, all patients intravenous urography andor bladder angiography, of which 4 routine CT scan.

回顾性分析8例经手术病理证实的膀胱RMS的临床影像资料，全部病例均行静脉尿路造影和/或膀胱造影检查，其中4例行CT扫描。

Results: Deep venous ascending phlebography of left limb showed the degree of stenosis of iliac vein, iliac vein compression syndrome can be divided into three types according to deep venous ascending phlebography of left limb, the mean stenotic rate of type Ⅰ was 74.25%, type Ⅱ was 55.47% and type Ⅲ was 38.64%.

结果：左下肢深静脉顺行造影表现可反映髂静脉狭窄程度，髂静脉压迫综合征可分为3型，Ⅰ型狭窄率约74.25%，Ⅱ型狭窄率约55.47%，Ⅲ型狭窄率约38.64%，各型之间狭窄程度有非常显著性差异(P.01)。

Results: 15 cases of patients were diagnosed as primary ureteral carcinoma by B-ultrasonography, intravenous pyelogram, cystoscopy and retrograde urography, CT, MRI, ureteroscopy before operation. all of the patients were proved to be transitional cell carcinoma by pathological examination after operation.

结果：术前15例患者经B超、静脉肾盂造影、膀胱镜及逆行肾盂输尿管造影、输尿管镜等检查诊断为原发性检尿管癌。18例患者均经术后病理检查确诊为原发性输尿管癌。

Renogram and intravenous pyelogram failed to show stenosis in21.4% and 29.2% of the cases,while aortography afforded localization of site ofstenosis in all.

诊断方法以肾动脉血管造影的确诊率为最高，静脉肾盂造影和同位素肾图有一定百分率的假阴性。手术治疗效果比药物治疗为佳，降压疗效达78.0%。

Of the 54 cases,there were 46 cases of affected ureteral disappearance in IVU,8 cases of affected ureteral varicosis in pyelography,3 cases of hyperplasia of prostate in B ultrasonography,4 cases of affected renal function descended in RNI.

其中有46例在静脉尿路造影检查中患侧输尿管不显影或显示不清，8例在逆行肾盂造影中有患侧输尿管迂曲，3例在B超检查中有前列腺增生症，4例在放射性核素显像检查中有患侧肾功能下降。

Methods 21 cases with primary ureteral carcinoma were proved by surgery and pathology. intravenous urography, b-ultrasonography and computed tomography were performed on all cases; retrograde pyelography and mr were respectively done on 10 cases and 13 cases.

21例经手术与病理证实的原发性输尿管癌，均做了静脉尿路造影、b超和ct检查，其中10例另行逆行肾盂造影，13例行mr检查。

All patients underwent femoral venipuncture catheterization examination to insert the occluder. Patent ductus arteriosus and ventricular septal defect needed femoral artery puncture operation. Aortic arch descending part or left ventricular ventriculography was performed before occlusion to further clarify the diagnosis and surgical indications and help choose occluder type. Angiography was repeated after surgery to judge the effect. Patients with atrial septal defect and ventricular septal were defected with conventional transthoracic echocardiography monitoring and evaluation.

患者均经股静脉穿刺行右心导管检查及送入封堵器械，动脉导管未闭和室间隔缺损需经股动脉穿刺，封堵前行主动脉弓降部或左室造影以进一步明确诊断和适应证，帮助选择封堵器的型号，术后重复造影以判断封堵效果；房间隔缺损和室间隔缺损患者术中常规行经胸超声心动图监测和评价。

Seven cases with portal vein tumor thrombus were diagnosed by CO2-hepatic arterio-sonography (CO2-HAS). Their ultrasonographic features of CO2-HAS were as follows: several seconds after the injection of CO2 microbubble contrast, bright cloudy flowing echoes or several flowing echo stripes along the long axis of portal vein were seen in tumor thrombus. During interrupted phase of CO2 contrast injection there were still scattered unflowing bright echoes in tumor thrombus.
