Methods MR virtual endoscopy of urinary tracts was performed in 150 cases, using navigator software based on the source imaging data of MR hydrography and/or MR intravenous urography.

Portal braches of 4-5 orders were found in all 19 cases of Child Grade I, with esophageal varices and paragastric varices and no fistula of hepatic artety-portal vein or portal vein embolus; Portal braches of 3-4 orders were displayed in all 16 cases of Child Grade II, besides esophageal varices and paragastric varices, cirsomphalos, retroperitoneal varices, paraesophageal varices, dilated azygos vein were also noted, some patients had fistula and portal vein embolus; in Child Grade III, portal branches of 3~4 orders were displayed with more collateral circulations, dilated left renal vein and paragallbladder varices were appeared, with fistula and portal vein embolus or not.

Child I级19例，肝内门静脉显影4~5级，侧枝循环以食管及胃周静脉曲张为主，没有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成；Child Ⅱ级16例，肝内门静脉显影3~4级，侧枝循环除食管及胃周静脉外，脐周静脉、腹膜后静脉、食管周围静脉、奇静脉也有所开放，部分有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成；Child Ⅲ级6例，肝内门静脉显影3~4级，侧枝循环开放较Ⅱ级增多，可出现左肾静脉扩张或胆囊周围静脉曲张，伴或不伴有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成。16排螺旋CT门静脉造影对上述病例分级为一级17例，二级18例，三级6例，与Child分级结果高度相关。

Results Comparison with the arteriographic findings in absence of traction, all retinacular arteries but inferior arteries were depicted few branches and less femoral head perfusion in all 9 patients, especially in that of medial femoral circumflex arteriography, as hip joint was tractating in neutral position with the same speed and volume of injecting contrast medium and, the veins were demonstrated poorly or delayed.

结果同一血管部位，同等对比剂注射流率、总量造影，与中立位无牵引状态下造影所见比较，9例患髋中立位牵引时，除外下支持带动脉，所有未损伤的支持带动脉均有不同程度闭塞，相应股骨头颈部灌注不佳或几乎无灌注，静脉显影延迟或显示不清，4例牵引力由3kg增至5kg时，上述改变更为明显；5例患髋维持伸直内旋位时，所有支持带动脉尤其细小分支未见明确显示，股骨头灌注差或未见明确灌注，改变甚于牵引时；2例正常髋内旋位时造影改变类似。

Methods The clinical data of 12 patients from Mar 1993 to Jun 2008 with retrocaval ureter were retrospectively analyzed. All the 12 cases were correctly diagnosed preoperatively via the combination of imaging examinations, such as ultrasonography intravenous pyelography、retrograde pyelography、CT or magnetic resonance urography. Ten patients received conventional open surgery and two received retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureteral replacement and ureteroplasty.

总结分析1993年3月至2008年6月12例腔静脉后输尿管患者的临床资料。12例患者术前均经B超、静脉肾盂造影(intravenous pyelography， IVP)、逆行肾盂造影(retrograde pyelography， RP)、CT、磁共振尿路水成像(magnetic resonance urography， MRU)等影像学检查明确诊断，其中10例采用传统的开放手术，2例采用后腹腔镜下输尿管复位矫正术。

Result:In 20 cases,there were 18 patients detected VM by MRA.8 patients were found typical sign "caput meduse" and 6 patients were only found the delated draining vein.4 patients showed delated draining vein with medulla vein.12 cases of VM were discovered supratentorial and 6 were undertentorial.

结果：20例静脉畸形磁共振血管造影18例发现异常静脉血管，其中8例具有典型的&水母头&样形态，4例显示扩张的引流静脉和稀少的髓静脉。6例静脉畸形MRA仅显示扩张的引流静脉。12例静脉畸形位于幕上，6例位于幕下。

The peristalses of the dilated ureter could be seen but it disappeared in the end of the ionvolved ureter,which was of normal calibrc.Delay in the empty of ureter was seen.The ureter counter current from the bladder could not be found.

而扩张输尿管末端临近膀胱入口处管径正常，为功能性梗阻段，长度为1～2cm；（2）除功能性梗阻段以外，其余段输尿管的蠕动一般正常，早期有时可见高蠕动；（3）扩张输尿管排空延迟；（4）无膀胱输尿管返流；（5）本病的X线造影检查应选用大剂量静脉尿路造影，造影时早期解除腹压带，增加延迟摄片，并加照膀胱斜位点片，加强动态观察。
