Methods: 30 limbs in 26 patients according to the lower limbs phlebography, we choose two modes:① simple microwave treatment;② Microwave treatment + ligations of perforators; all patients were underwent the upper ligation of great saphenous vein.

对26例（30条肢体）静脉曲张患者结合下肢静脉造影结果，分别采用：①单纯微波治疗；②微波治疗联合交通支静脉结扎术；所有患者均行大隐静脉高位结扎。

Diagnosis was made through thromboctye aggregative activation,blood coagulative activation, thrombosis combined with fibrinolysis activation detection,venous doppler ultrasound scan and phlebography.

诊断通过血小板激活，血液凝固激活和血栓形成伴有的纤维溶解激活的检测及静脉多普勒扫描和静脉造影。

Results Ascending phlebography and descending phlebography display that blood through the valve smoothly, and it cant reflux, and there have no mural thrombosis by gross appearance.

结果：上行性静脉造影显示实验组血流通畅，下行性静脉造影显示实验组没有明显返流，而对照组出现明显返流。

The primary efficacy end point was the incidence of asymptomatic deep-ein thrombosis determined by bilateral enography, objectiely confirmed symptomatic deep-ein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, and death from all causes during treatment.

观察的初始效果及最终指标包括：通过双侧静脉造影发现的无症状的深部静脉血栓形成，有症状客观存在的深部静脉血栓或肺栓塞及由于各种原因在治疗过程中死亡数等。

Methods:Preoperative angiography in all 12 veintype KTS patients showed that deep vein patency, no absent ,no obstruction in both lower extremity. Four of these patients which were simply lower limb extralateral varices were operated by varicotomy and varicosity branches ligation. Eight patients which diffuseexpansion type were applicated blood drive belt and tourniquet method and via high level ligation of great and small saphenous vein with varicose vein removal and ligation of perforating veins.

12例静脉型KTS患者术前均行双下肢静脉造影显示深静脉通畅，无缺如或阻塞，其中4例下肢外侧单纯静脉曲张行曲张静脉剥脱术及分支结扎术，8例静脉弥漫扩张者应用驱血带和止血带的方法行大小隐静脉高位结扎加曲张静脉切除及交通支结扎术。
