静脉血栓

Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months after the operation, with an average of 9.2 months. According to Harris' evaluation standard, the excellent and good rate of postoperative hip joint function was 90.8%. In these following up cases, coxa vara was found in 3 cases, delayed union was in 2 cases. No death,no postoperative infection,no deep venous thrombosis,and no fracture nonunion or internal fixation breakage exist.

结果 所有患者均获得随访，随访时间6～18个月，平均随访时间9.2个月；术后按Harris评定标准，髋关节功能优良率为90.8%；术后出现3例髋内翻，2例延迟愈合，无1例死亡，无切口感染、深静脉血栓形成、骨折不愈合及内固定断裂。

In the DHS, there were 2 cases with greater trochanter fractures, 1 case with over boring, 2 cases with pulmonary infections, 2 cases with urinary system infection and 1 case with coxa vara. In hollow pressing whorl bolt internal fixation, there were 1 case with coxa vara and 1 case with deep phlebothrombosis.

采用动力髋螺钉固定者术中大转子骨折2例，髋螺钉孔钻孔过深1例，术后发生肺部感染2例，泌尿系感染2例，髋内翻1例；采用空心加压螺钉固定者术后出现髋内翻1例，发生深静脉血栓1例。

结果 所有病例术后伤口均Ⅰ期愈合，未发生伤口感染，无双下肢深静脉血栓形成及肺栓塞，无内固定断裂，无死亡发生，无髋内翻等畸形。
